Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück und wohnliche Suite Im Winter ist starke Heizung Üblich, wie man uns auf Nachfrage erklärte. Leichte Kleidung für den Aufenthalt im Zimmer zu empfehlen

Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind spitze! Sie haben bei jeder Frage äusserst freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen und ihr möglichstes getan, den Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erlebnis werden zu lassen. Einziges kleines Manko: beim Einchecken erhält man einen Gutschein für einen Welcome Drink, der in der Hotelbar zwischen 19 und 23 Uhr eingelöst werden kann. Leider gilt dieser Gutschein nur für eine Person, auch wenn mehrere im gleichen Zimmer übernachten...

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and rooms spacious and very well appointed. Proximity to Recoleta's charming neighbourhood. Noise from the adjoining Sahara nightclub went on from Midnight to dawn most nights and interfered with sleep as we came from 12 time-zones away.Room 82 on our second stay was much quieter.

The friendly staff and the space that Suite 91 allowed - note that we stayed for 14 nights as a couple. I was never advised at the time of booking, that there is a nightclub right next door to the hotel!! And we needed to buy earplugs to sleep through the thumping music - this should be considered and free earplugs at least be made avail. to paying guests - this is a significant issue to note. read this when looking at my recommendations below = if not for this, yes I would highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They could do enough for us. Breakfast was first class!! Note: when we departed on 5 Feb 2012 around 1800, a young bellman was very helpful with our bags (all 5 of them). I forgot to give him tip, so today (2/7) I mailed some funds to him via the manager. Please ensure he obtains the funds. Note: I had the large U.S. Army duffel bag and he mentioned his father served in the Argentina Navy.

Very good location, good breakfast, Macarena , a YouTube recepcionista was very kind, trying to help pat the front desk. Good wi-fi, free Nice hotel also if you have kids traveling with you. They have to keep the maintenance, as there are a few things that need to be done, as the curtains on room 94. They could also install a printer in the office on the 10th floor.

It was great, very comfortable, quiet. Staff very good and helpful in all ways. Great view over the cemetary, great location with restaurants and markets nearby. Close to centro, a good walk or cheap taxi. Had to ask for a few things for the mini kitchen but staff were very obliging.

Location The first floor room was very noisy. The ac units were right outside the room and made a loud noise. I asked for a change and was told that this was the only room available becuase I booked online and it was cheap!

Excellent location and great staff. Clean and modern rooms Noisy air conditioning. Very thin floors could hear the person upstairs moving furniture and walking at night. Not the hotel if you are looking for quite sleep.

The hotel wanted to be a trendy design one, and parts of it were nice. The room layout was poor and it was a bit run down, but you can tell that they tried. The best thing obviously was the proximity to the cemetery. Sounds weird but it's not meant to be sarcasm. Breakfast was quite nice, too. Well, it was way overpriced for what it is - a bit run-down, IKEA-style hotel that tries to woo young crowds I guess. I know they were full and I was there only for one night (because my usual hotel was full), but I got the worst room ever - 2nd floor, right above the nightclub. You can imagine I would have appreciated some sleep after 29h of traveling. The room was also very long and narrow, so not great. Overall, NOT worth 360USD. I'm currently next door at my usual Loi Suites, where I pay 250USD and it's like from another planet. A pleasant one.

Great location near the Cementaria Recoletta. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and elegant. Tenth floor solarium had a great view of the cementary.

Large, modern furnished rooms with spacious bathrooms and a great shower! Staff very professional and friendly and the breakfast had good variety. In terms of the location everything is within easy reach - if not just grab a taxi right outside the hotel entrance. It's within walking distance from the cemetery, malba, tree-lined shopping avenues and even two Freddos for your dulce de leche ice-cream cravings. Head out to Palermo Soho for your restaurant needs. A great stay overall.
