The location is outstanding. Easy access to many points of interest and restaurants. Suite is adequate, breakfast ample and staff very friendly and English speaking. Highly recommend for the value. Bathrooms could be more accommodating, such as tissues and body lotion. Simple amenities which one would expect from this modern hotel. Balconies did not offer chairs or much of a view. |

The hotel is very nice and is in a good location (Recoleta). It is a great value with nice staff and very nice upgrades. Unfortunately, it is located right next door to an extremely loud night club. Extremely loud. The walls vibrate in the middle of the night on Friday and all the way through 6 am on Saturday night / sunday morning. |

Bed was comfy, great shower and best selection of breakfast on our whole trip. Also, excellent location - within walking distance to lots of cafes and shops. Internet was down, but there is an internet cafe around the corner so it wasn't that much of an inconvenience. |

Nice location, big rooms nicely decorated. Request a room not facing the street and the club next door otherwise you will not be able to sleep. Breakfast room a bit small. |

The room was spacious and well-organized. The front-desk staff and clearning staff were excellent and helpful. The front-desk staff spoke excellent English. The location was great - centrally located but very quiet. Too few dishes for snacks; lunch wasn't even possible. Also, it was odd that the hotel provided a few dishes but no soap or towels for dishes. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent accommodations and breakfast. Make sure to hang around the artesania market on Saturdays and Sundays - amazing handcrafts to support local artists in front of Recoleta cemetary. |

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is very central to all the city's attractions. The hotel is next to a bar/nightclub and the music is very loud, and goes until about 6am. Take your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. |

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. This was my first trip to Buenos Aires and did not know any Spanish. The staff is fluent in both Spanish and English. They were very helpful in teaching me some Spanish. The hotel was very clean and the room was clean & comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the location relative to restaurants, shopping and city attractions. |

Very modern and stylish. The rooms were excellent with lots of little details that really left and impression. Staff were wonderful and helpful and breakfast was good, with the buffet kept stocked even when we arrived just before it finished. |
