Urban Suites Recoleta Boutique Hotel

Goede lokatie, mooie kamer, aardig persooneel.

Er zat een diskotheek naast die in het weekend tot 07.00 uur 's-morgens open was en je hoorde toch het gebonk van de muziek en daardoor soms niet goed geslapen. Jammer want voor de rest wat het een perfekt hotel. Zou dit hotel wel aanbevelen maar wel met de bemerking dat je last kunt hebben van de diskotheek.

gunstige ligging. mooi uitzicht op het graf van Evita.kleinschalig en persoonlijke behandeling.

nachtclub ernaast kan voor moeilijke slapers hinderlijk zijn. wij hebben er geen last van gehad.

Localization was perfect.

People on the frontdesk weren´t friendly

Brakfast service and people in charge of serving there were excellent. The rooms and bath were spacious, well designed and overall were furnished with quality material. Housekeeping services were fine and the staff at the reception area were cordial and helpful.

The wifi internet service, a claimed feature of the hotel in its promotional material, was extremely unreliable. Most of the times either the service was out of commission or the signal was very weak. The source of problem appeared to be the inadequacy of hardware at the hotel; an easily remediable deficiency if it gets assigned to an experienced IT expert. Also, the level of noise on Friday nights and Saturday nights (to a lesser extent) from the disco next door calls for the launch of a well calculated legal charge against the proprietors of the disco. There is no justification for the disco operator to turn the volume of noise that high. It is harmful to all of its employees and clients and disturbs the peace of neighbourhood.

Location and comfort

no dvd payer to watch own movies and no bath available

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is very good for visiting the Recoletta area.

Keep in mind that over the weekend the vicinity that this hotel has to the nightclub next door is not ideal for those wishing to have a good night sleep.

It is right next door to a nightclub that plays "duff duff" music loudly until 4am..

initial invoice charged three nights instead of two & there might be lot of noice due to the dancing next to it (depends on your room location)

All staff is very kind and professional. I really liked this hotel becuse of th comfort of this hotel feeling like home.

We asked late check out till 19:00 with half price of the stay but their rule is till 18:00, so they didn't accept leter than that.(even though finally they accepted till 18:30.)

The staff is wonderful, loved the location, and a great room - super value

Next building to the hotel is a discothek. On Friday and Saturday night it is impossible to sleep after midnight because disco sound becomes louder and louder, extremly after two in the morning.

It is a clean and very comfortbale boutique hotel with probably the best location in Buenos Aires. Right across from the world renowned Recoletta Cemetary, close to wonderful cafe's, restaurants and shops.

Friday & Saturday nights can be a little noisy - there is a big club right next door to the hotel.But week nights were absolutely fine.
