a wonderful hotel, central location with sizable, modern appointed suites and a fantastic breakfast buffet. we stayed 4 niights, it was our second visit. we recommend highly.

We loved the location and the safety of the Recoleta neighborhood. Breakfast buffet, included, was well presented, plentiful and good.

The Wi-Fi connections here, as elsewhere in Argentina, are poor to very poor.

That when I paid in dollars I got a different rate then changing dollars as the changing rate is higher than the official rate so little tip- change dollars into pesos then pay as better rate. Also, there was construction work going on next door, which made quite some noise but they managed to put me in a quieter room.

We couldn't have asked for a more welcoming place to stay than Urban Suites:Recoleta. Our group of three adults (dad and two kids) fit perfectly in the suite and the facilities were superb. We walked on many days, including all the way from Puerto Madero, the Zoo and Florida Street. US:Recoleta is very convenient for travel from the Jorge Newberry Airport. Shopping, entertainment and dining are just steps away. The breakfast buffet is awesome and the staff is phenomenal from front desk to housekeeping to the food staff. Saving the best for last, we enjoyed the spectacular view over the Cementerio Recoleta from our balcony!

Towels were not clean and coffee maker was also dirty. Don't go by the foto's on the booking site. You will be disappointed like me.

I'm reporting Emiliano (receptionist) for his lack of customer skills and his forced smile. I needed an invoice and his reply was all simply "no can do"; same story when we needed a cab to the airport

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were beautifully displayed and the food was very good. Rooms were clean and fashionable. Can't wait to go back!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location, right across the street from the Recoleta Cemetary, was ideal. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We were very happy with our stay.

The disco a couple of doors down was loud, but, nothing that kept us awake once we tuned out the music

Es un hotel pequeno cuyas instalaciones son amplias, cómodas y con todo lo necesario para una estadía en buenos aires. Ubicado en un barrio privilegiado, donde hay seguridad, restaurantes, discotecas, artesanías, cafés, taxis, etc. El desayuno fue bueno y la atención esmerada.

La ubicación es muy buena, y sobretodo segura. El personal siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier cosa que uno requiera. Hay muchos lugares donde comer o pasear en los alrededores.

La primera noche al abrir la cama me encuentro con una arañ entre las sabanas, la que desconozco si era venenosa o no, pero claramente no debía estar ahí. Otro punto a destacar como negativo, son los ruidos a partir de las 7 am que produce la construccion de un edificio aledaño, y que hace IMPOSIBLE seguir durmiendo, a pesar que no es una condicion generada por el hotel en si, vale la pena mencionarlo para que otros viajeros no sufran el martirio del ruido, y pregunten previamente si aun se encuentran activos dichos trabajos.

El buffete bastante bien, la habitacion es comoda, tiene una mesa de comedor, cocina, un sofá grande, muy comoda

No tiene zonas comunes y lo más preocupante es una estafa, te obligan a dejarles una tarjeta de credito, y se dedican a pasarte cargos que no corresponden, y es imposible devolverlos ----- nunca vayais os engañaran -----

Wij hadden kamer met uitzicht op de grote begraafplaats waar oa Evita ligt. Heel apart. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer met keukentje. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Kortom Top!

El hotel me encanto, la verdad que la ubicacion es inmejorable al igual que la atencion de sus recepcionistas. La suite con balcon increible, la cama, el baño y la habitacion todo enorme para sentirse como en casa... Ni hablar del desayuno! Muy completo y variado (igual a los desayunos buffet de brasil por ejemplo)... Volveria sin dudar y lo recomiendo para una escapadita de la ciudad... Esa zona de recoleta parece otro mundo

Que el edificio de al lado esta en construccion, pero muy amablemente en una carta nos explicaron que estaba esa situacion y el horario en que podiamos escuchar algunos ruidos...
