Very good location, good breakfast, Macarena , a YouTube recepcionista was very kind, trying to help pat the front desk. Good wi-fi, free Nice hotel also if you have kids traveling with you.

They have to keep the maintenance, as there are a few things that need to be done, as the curtains on room 94. They could also install a printer in the office on the 10th floor.

Small hotel with ample modern room, clean, well kept, good bed. Friendly staff.

The air conditioning could be better placed, blows cold air directly over the bed.

Location

The first floor room was very noisy. The ac units were right outside the room and made a loud noise. I asked for a change and was told that this was the only room available becuase I booked online and it was cheap!

The hotel wanted to be a trendy design one, and parts of it were nice. The room layout was poor and it was a bit run down, but you can tell that they tried. The best thing obviously was the proximity to the cemetery. Sounds weird but it's not meant to be sarcasm. Breakfast was quite nice, too.

Well, it was way overpriced for what it is - a bit run-down, IKEA-style hotel that tries to woo young crowds I guess. I know they were full and I was there only for one night (because my usual hotel was full), but I got the worst room ever - 2nd floor, right above the nightclub. You can imagine I would have appreciated some sleep after 29h of traveling. The room was also very long and narrow, so not great. Overall, NOT worth 360USD. I'm currently next door at my usual Loi Suites, where I pay 250USD and it's like from another planet. A pleasant one.

Large, modern furnished rooms with spacious bathrooms and a great shower! Staff very professional and friendly and the breakfast had good variety. In terms of the location everything is within easy reach - if not just grab a taxi right outside the hotel entrance. It's within walking distance from the cemetery, malba, tree-lined shopping avenues and even two Freddos for your dulce de leche ice-cream cravings. Head out to Palermo Soho for your restaurant needs. A great stay overall.

Hotel bem localizado, quantos amplos e limpos, hotel confortável , pequeno porem bonito

A localização é ótima, fica no coração de Recoleta.. Um lugar seguro e que podemos aproveitar as atrações que estão ao redor. Os funcionários e a acomodação é excelente. Não tive problemas e ainda tive suporte para me ajudar com taxi e outras necessidades.

Gostamos da localização e a proximidade com o onibus de turismo para reconhecimento dos 24 pontos de parada. Bom acesso a restaurantes e ao shopping.

O som de uma casa noturna incomodou, Preferimos estar no quarto que não dava para rua mas mesmo assim sentimos o barulho. Sugerimos uma conversa com os proprietários desta casa noturna pq o hotel é muito bom.

A localização é excelente, o que pode parecer estranho por estar localizado quase em frente ao cemitério, mas o lugar é lindo, com uma bela praça e muitos restaurantes. Há também, bem perto do hotel, um posto de vendas do “bus turístico” e um shopping. Como gostamos de caminhar, no primeiro dia fomos a pé até o centro da cidade, noutro dia fomos ao Jardim de Palermo. Mas há taxis e pontos de ônibus para todas as direções.

Não gostamos do fato de o nosso quarto não ter sacada e ter uma espécie de grade fixa, com tiras largas. Entendemos que, por ficar no primeiro andar, seja uma medida de segurança, mas não tivemos nenhum desconto no preço e tampouco fomos avisados dessas condições.

Perfeito. A agua nao estava muito quente, mas nada que prejudicasse. Os funcionários sao prestativos e o serviço otimo. recomendo!
