Facilities and staff were excellent, particularly the roof terrace and upstairs lounge. Breakfast was the best we had in Argentina. Location is good for balance between Palermo Soho/Hollywood and Subte to rest of city. Highly recommend this hotel. Bedroom felt a little cramped after 3 days. Terrace is small and dark, very little sunlight.

It was a small hotel, but every detail had been thought through. The staff were bilingual (English and Spanish), really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is prepared to order, the service is quick, and the food delicious. Well located for Plaza Italia Subte and buses, yet rooms were quiet.

Very helpful staff. Nice looking building, comfortable bed. Delicious choices for breakfast. Poor lighting in bathroom. Also, superior room is a bit on the pricey side for what it is but I have nothing else to compare with for hotels in Buenos Aires.

This is a lovely hotel, clean and welcoming. Great showers, comfy bed! Fantastic staff always ready to help! Excellent location,near great bars and restaurants, felt safe, near to subway. As a special mention Dany one of the staff went well beyond the call of duty! He helped me out with a personal loan on my last day as my ATM card was not working. I was in a state as I had a cab to catch to the airport and did not have the cash! He simply said " pay me when you get back to Australia" This has more to do with him as a person that the hotel per se but the impression overall is that all the staff seem to do the maximum for guests and it felt really genuine - is a great thing when you are travelling! I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had been roughing it for a few weeks and this was our treat! It lived up to our expectations and more. Well worth it! couple of small recommendations for improvement: 1. install hooks on the back of the bathroom door for hanging towels. 2. eggs benedict was not eggs benedict as I know it. 3. phone in our room was not working

Tudo no hotel é muito caprichoso. Hotel limpo, design legal, café-da- manhã muito gostoso e os atendentes sempre muito educados e prestativos. Além disso, no dia do aniversário do meu namorado, vieram dar parabéns no café com um pequeno bolo delicioso com vela e recado desejando felicidades. A localização é muito boa. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

A localização é muito boa, em Palermo Soho, próximo à estação de metrô (5min a pé, ou menos) e aos principais bares, restaurantes e lojas dessa parte de Palermo (5min a 10 min a pé). O quarto é muito bom e estava bem limpo. Funcionários do hotel também foram muito prestativos, fornecendo todas as informações que precisei. O café da manhã também estava ótimo! Enfim, uma excelente opção em Buenos Aires. Gostei de tudo. Nenhum ponto negativo a destacar!

Todo lo corresponde a las intalaciones y servicios es excelente Un muy destacado lugar a las personas que trabajan alli desde la recepcion, servicio de habitacion y sobre todo el servicio de desayuno! los precio estan en pesos, pero te cobran en relacion al valor del dolar al momento de entrar al hotel. OJO!! mas 21% leer bien atentamente antes de reservar

La ubicación perfecta para mis necesidades. La amabilidad de las personas de recepción. En especila Gabriela y Pablo. La cama muy comoda . Desayuno rico y el horario de este fantástico. Muy acogedor, recomiendo 100% el hotel . Un poco de ruido que se sentía lejado como del funcionamiento de una maquina. Creo que deben mejorar el sistema de evacuación de agua de la ducha. Al ser poco profundo el receptáculo se sale el agua.
