Vain Boutique Hotel  

This is a lovely hotel, clean and welcoming. Great showers, comfy bed! Fantastic staff always ready to help! Excellent location,near great bars and restaurants, felt safe, near to subway. As a special mention Dany one of the staff went well beyond the call of duty! He helped me out with a personal loan on my last day as my ATM card was not working. I was in a state as I had a cab to catch to the airport and did not have the cash! He simply said " pay me when you get back to Australia" This has more to do with him as a person that the hotel per se but the impression overall is that all the staff seem to do the maximum for guests and it felt really genuine - is a great thing when you are travelling! I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had been roughing it for a few weeks and this was our treat! It lived up to our expectations and more. Well worth it!

couple of small recommendations for improvement: 1. install hooks on the back of the bathroom door for hanging towels. 2. eggs benedict was not eggs benedict as I know it. 3. phone in our room was not working

Lovely room and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly,helpful, courteous and polite. The breakfast was excellent with staff making fresh orange juice and freshly cooking exactly what you want with no problem. The location was excellent, close to subway and many great resstaurants.

Very friendly staff with quick response. Good location at the Palemo Soho area with lots of design shops and restaurants.

The room decor is ok, but not as stylish as expected. A little bit small especially when you opened up your luggage in the room.

Hotel staff are very kind, personalized attention, hotel location, charming hotel.

The rest is to avoid.The Smallest rooms Ihave ever seen, dirty and old. We've been in 2 different rooms and both are ridiculous.Cant understand why this hotel is recomended and why they ask for 171usd for a standard room

Goed boetiekhotel naar Europese normen. Wij hadden geluidsoverlast op de kamer door een defecte airco en er werd ons een andere kamer aangeboden, zoals het hoort dus. Zeer professioneel personeel dat goed Engels praat.

De badkamer kan properder. Van dit soort hotels verwacht je niet dat er nog schimmel aan het badscherm hangt en kalkvlekken op de wanden aan de lavabo.

Fiquei no quarto 301. Quarto com banheira. Bem charmoso.

La calidez

Comfortabel design hotel met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt inbegrepen, met uitgebreide keuzemogelijkheden. In zéér warm Buenos Aires uiterst aangenaam airconditioningklimaat. Ligging perfect in trendy Palermo, maar met taxi ook dichtbij centrum BA.

Voor ons als ouder echtpaar was het 2 persoons bed wat aan de smalle kant. Ook de verlichting in de kamer was, hoewel er genoeg lichtpunten waren, zwak.

Tuve una mala experiencia , cambie dólares por pesos argentinos y me dieron 100 falsos, al día siguiente pedí que los cambiaran y el gerente se negó , eso me cargo de parte del hotel , lo otro es una diferencia entre el precio publicado versus lo que se paga realmente que es mayor y no supieron explicar el porque

Gostei da cordialidade dos funcionários, da localização em relação ao evento em que fui na "La Rural", do café da manhã com oferta variada mas sem exageros.

O isolamento acústico do quarto não era bom e deve ser melhorado. Ouve- se todo barulho do entorno, inclusive barulho de chuveiro e banheira ou das pessoas conversando. A televisão ainda é de tubo e também deveria ser substituida por uma de plasma ou lcd, para combinar com o estilo elegante do hotel.
