Staff are amazing. Breakfast is wonderful - made to order. The hotel was just a super find.
Cosy hotel Very nice staff Great breakfast
Room at ground floor has no light coming in since inside a dark courtyard
We used this hotel is our home base while we traveled to other parts of South America and Antarctica. The hotel is nice, very clean, and located in a great area. The staff here is absolutely amazing! They were very nice, and they helped us numerous times arranging transportation and giving us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. I had emailed them before we arrived with several questions and they always responded right away. I highly recommend this place!
Happy with everything!
Quite room, quite air con and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with home made bread! Beautiful old building.
This is a charming hotel, but excellent staff and attentive service made the biggest difference. Breakfast was great and the best we had on our 3-week Argentina-Brazil trip. Location is not the middle of activity in Palermo, but within easy walking distance. Would stay there again.
Staff (day and night) very friendly and helpful; breakfast a la carte, nice roof and livingroom
Friendly staff and good breakfast
Shower leaked, no window in room.
The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help, the breakfast was very good, the location is excellent (if you want to be in Palermo Soho)
Unfortuntaely the first room we got was a disaster (the second one was slightly better (very high eiling this time..) but quite small (double bed would not even qualify for a queen) and dark.
Very delicious breakfast, the best we had in Argentina. Location is convenient to the Plaza Italia subte stop, and the Palermo neighborhood is safe and cute, if a little far from tourist attractions. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable, if small.
Slow wifi connection.
This beautiful boutique hotel was just amazing. Arrived late and were greeted by lovely staff with a complimentary drink to enjoy. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms super comfortable, clean and the decor is superb! Would definitely stay here again without a doubt. The location is brilliant just a short stroll to all the restaurants and shops. Thanks so much - truly worth it. :)
Nothing at all.
As many reviewers have noted, the people who run the hotel are nice enough. It is in a decent location, not great. Breakfast is abundant, if nothing else.
This is a refurbished house, so the renovation has resulted in a weird layout of half floors, narrow stairs, indoor windows. But the real reason I am giving it a thumbs down, is that I was too grossed out to go in the black moldy shower...yeah! I should have said something? I shouldn't have to. It is always unpleasant to get the evil eye from the cleaning lady and to have to deal with this before your first cup of coffee. It's such a huge bummer. I paid about US 120...which is budget...you be the judge...at that price should you expect a clean shower? I would try another hotel.
I liked everything. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities (nice clean bedroom with large computer-sized safe and mini-bar, guest lounge with roof-top sundeck and hot-tub, and fast wi-fi); fantastic breakfast (served 8 till noon with fresh OJ, breads, jams, cooked to order eggs with ham or bacon, coffees and teas); location (about 50 pesos in taxi from downtown airport, and lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance, and three blocks from BA subway system that has 5 peso fares).
Only downer: I had to leave and come home!
Hotel is in a nicely renovated old building within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops in Palermo Soho. (Excellent, small restaurant Las Pizzaras Bistro is a half block away.) Room was modern, spacious and quiet. Great breakfast.
Great location for Palermo and parks. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast.
Nothing of note.
We enjoyed the roof terrace and sitting area, excellent breakfast (exceptional, actually), and quiet setting. We stayed for 3 nights. We had a smaller room on the ground floor with windows only in the door, but as it has a high ceiling and is well-lit, it was just fine. No problems with A/C (as mentioned in other reviews).
We really had no complaints -- a very pleasant stay at an attractive boutique hotel.
Great position, very kind and helpful staff and superb breakfast
Friendly, awesome staff, best hotel breakfast in BA, clean large room. Also loved being close to public transportation and to be best of Palermo's many restaurants. Highly recommended.
Fabulous place to stay...
Nice, clean, trendy, renovated old house, with helpful staff.
If noise bothers you, avoid room 301 and 302, which are next to the lift and living room with very thin doors, and right above a noisy street. If you have trouble sleeping on big, full, bouncy, synthetic pillows, bring your own.
best location Greate staff
friendly front desk staff
Outstanding service, great breakfast and location. Ask for a room with a window... not all have one.
WiFi tends to die when it rains
Loved the location, excellent staff and fabulous comfy room- felt really like a boutique hotel should! Intimate, interesting, sensitive to the culture and close to the real soil of a city!
Everything was excellent
