I stayed in the hotel twice within ten days. Great location. On both occasions, my room was very big (once it was even a suite!) and comfortable. The staff was very friendly (including an early check in) and responsive. The breakfest was very solid. There were some problems with cold water on my stay, though I am not sure if these result form hotel's fault or wider issue in the city.

la atención del personal, la limpieza y lo céntrico lo que favoreció mis tramites gracias que la tarjeta de ingreso ala habitación no era muy buena ya que nos dio trabajo para ingresar toda ves que quisimos usarla

Ubicación, desayuno La cama en general, pésimo estado el colchón, las almohadas, las sábanas, el cubrecama, ambas con notorio estado de uso, muy viejas. Con mal nivel de aseo de la habitación.

Lo mejor es el restaurante, comodoro, la comida a punto. ideal para esos días en el que no se quiere salir. Mi estadía fue por cuestiones de salud, tuve que estar en cama 4 días y el room service fue muy bueno. el Hotel es mas viejo de lo que muestran las fotografías, ahun así es muy comodo

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está cerca de los principales centros de interés. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto ante nuestros requerimientos. Muy adecuado por el precio. La higiene no siendo mala, podría ser mejor.

La atencion. Una de las personas que viajaba con nosotros cumplio años durante la estadiay tuvieron la gentileza de dejar una pequeña torta de regalo en su habitacion El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y por algun problema se mijaba mucho el piso del baño
