zeer uitgebreid ontbijt de kamer was net geboend, waardoor er een zeer sterke onaangename geur aanwezig was. geen buitenzwembad en niet voldoende mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten |

Our stay at Villa Huinid Lodge was wonderful. We were initially given a room with a view of the lake, but there was a strong smoke odor. The staff kindly moved us to another room. It didn't have a lake view, but it was nice. The hotel staff were helpful, professional, and accomodating - absolutely the best. The hotel property was beautifully maintained, and situated with a great view of the lake and snowcapped mountains. The spa, gym, and pool were clean and in great condition. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

The staff are very helpfull, the rooms are extremely confortable with very, very, very good beds. That was the best hotel I have stayed in my life! Nothing. That was so good. |

We stayed in the Villa Huinid Hotel (not the Lodge). Nice, spacious, clean room. The hotel is at a quiet location, not too far from the city. Terrace with very nice view at the mountains and over the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities and breakfast. The restaurant was not as good as the other facilities of the hotel. |

Good ,friendly, helpful staff. Helped with day trip reservations. Good recommendations for restaurants. Good buffet breakfast included. Great view of the lake. It was on a very steep hill that tour buses could not climb, so we had to hike up the long gravel driveway after being returned from tours. It was also too dangerous to walk to town with heavy traffic, even though we like to walk. I would have liked to be closer to Bariloche. |

Attention to detail of staff. We stayed in on of the Cabanas. The standard was excellent. I find it hard to fault anything except maybe the comfort of the benches in the living room and the clothing on the bed may not have been pratical. But these are only small gripes. |

Very nice hotel. I strongly recommend it. The jacuzzi in the room is great. The breakfast too. The room was a bit more warn (hot) that it should be. |

A localização é mto boa, pois embora não fique no centro da cidade é bem perto. Muito charmoso, atendimento ótimo, pessoal muito atencioso. |

J'ai aimé le confort, la propeté ,la disponibilite du personnel ,la beauté du site ( même s'il est un peu loin du centre ) , les petits déjeuners copieux . j'ai mangé un soir au restaurant de l'hôtel et je n'ai pas aimé la préparation " des pâtes ". |

Es un hotel 5 estrellas con una hermosa vista del lago nahuel huapi. La atencion en el front desk ha sido muy buena y nos convidaron con el desayuno el dia de nuestra llegada. el desayuno es muy completo y la atencion de los mozos es muy buena. El hotel esta retrado del camino y hay que subir una cuesta muy pronunciada para llegar a el, pero vale la pena pues de esta manera la altura permite una mejor vista de la zona y el lago. |

1- Oferecer serviço de transfer para o centro da cidade, que é relativamente distante; 2- Ampliar o horário de funcionamento da piscina, massagem, etc para 23 h (ao menos durante o verão), pois às 22 h a cidade começa a anoitecer, é a hora em que estamos retornando do jantar e seria muito agradável um banho de piscina térmica e massagem relaxante. |
