I particularly liked the location of the hotel, not in the city center butclose enough to walk there. The seeting was very pleasant withlots of trees and flowers and a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. |

The hotel is in a lovely setting with one of the best views in the area of the mountains and lake. It is located just on the outskirts of town and on the road to the mountains. We had a large lake view room which was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is set on top of a small hill with the hotel's pretty cottages spread out down the hill, then there is the road and then the lake. This was the quietest room we stayed in during our whole holiday in Argentina. The staff were very helpful and taxis arrived very promptly when ordered. We got taxis into town (about 10 mins). There were a lot of families around and the hotel appears very child friendly. We had to queue for breakfast one day. The food in the hotel was a bit disappointing. Service in the bar/restaurant was friendly but very slow. The hotel is modern and smart but it doesn't have the look or atmosphere of a luxury hotel. |

Extremely comfortable bedroom - lovely decor & quality furniture, bed, etc. Fantastic breakfast. Second best breakfast we had on our honeymoon (best was the Llao Llao). Fantastic value. Lobby and bar lack character but the rest of the hotel is amazing. Hotel is 2/3 kms from Bariloche town but the taxi spin is so cheap - only 2/3 euros. |

Da localização e higiene dos quartos. Restaurante de categoria inferior, despreparo de atendimento ao turista. A estadia no Villa Huinid através do Booking.com foi a pior experiência vivenciada durante umas férias. Informaram no site um valor de US$ 5800 para 2 quartos, que seriam cobrados durante a estadia e após inserir dados do cartão de crédito debitaram US$ 7200. Naquele momento, a mesma reserva de 2 quartos pelo Booking totalizava US$ 4100. Desde a chegada e diariamente até o término da estadia fiquei cobrando o setor de reservas sobre a solução e alegavam que a demora devia-se ao Booking. Fui embora daquele país sem que ao menos fosse dada alguma satisfação pelo Hotel. Fui obrigado a pagar os gastos extras e não tive o dinheiro devolvido. |

O hotel é sensacional, muito bom mesmo. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, gentis e educados, quartos lindos e confortáveis, vista maravilhosa. Excelente opção. É um pouco afastado do Centro (cerca de 3km). Um táxi até lá custa aproximadamente 17 pesos. O hotel, entretanto, é tão bom que isto se torna um detalhe mínimo durante a estadia. |

O local é belíssimo e os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Por motivos de uma greve de pilotos da Aerolíneas Argentinas, meu voo de ida para Bariloche foi cancelado e só consegui embarcar no dia seguinte. Apesar de eu ter ligado para o setor de reservas do hotel, avisando que só chegaria no dia seguinte em virtude deste problema, o hotel me cobrou a tarifa integral da diária perdida já na chegada ao mesmo. Depois conseguimos negociar para estender em um dia a nossa viagem, permanecendo assim as cinco noites no hotel, conforme a reserva original. |

Todo, la habitación, el servicio, la atenció n del personal, la ubicación, cerca de Bariloche, pero alejado del bullicio, la hermosa vista al lago. quizás deberian pavimentar el camino de acceso desde la ruta al lobby? |

La ubicación es muy buena y las vistas del lago son esplendidas... El personal de facturación insistió en cobrar mas de lo convenido pero despues de hacer tres veces la factura nos cobró lo correcto. |

I mostly like the warmth of the room, all in wood, the very nice park and view and the furnishure in rooms. The Spa and pool facilities are also nice. The breakfast is excellent The distance to town, if you do not have a car it is a long walk along a busy road,would be good if they had a bus, I stayed twice, staff at reception did not remember me even though I checked out with him 3 days ago... |
