Good rooms,lovely views and exellent dining with great wine list.

Says it is close to Bariloche city centre.It is well over 2 kms away and along a very busy road with no verges. Only for those with a car

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They went above expectations. The view from our room was incredible. Although the hotel was not walking distance from the town, it was everything and more one could want.

The staff is excellent, they have service as their middle name. Good bed, clean rooms, beautiful views over the lake. Good breakfast and restaurant. If you would need a car or excursions the staff will arrange this for you. Excellent choise to experience Bariloche and it´s surrounding nature.

Will come again if the volcano stops. We were not aware that it was still sending out its ash.

The volcano is still active and some days you cannot see the lake because of the ash haze. You have to make a 4+ hour trip by bus from Esquel as the airport is closed. On a clear day, and if the wind is blowing the ash another way it does happen the views are great. The dirt access road is rutted and not at all good for backs and needs grading badly.

Infelizmente as cinzas do vulcâncias prejudicaram seriamente a cidade como um todo. O Hotel em si é bom mas o cenário, o pó, o visual, os passeios estão prejudicados. Vai demamorar até a natureza se recupera e Bariloche voltar a ser o já foi.

La verdad que el servicio de los empleados es excelente, volvere en alguna oportunidad para hacerme otra escapadita....

Me sentí muy cómoda, muy bien atendida. Relajada. Sin personal que a veces por muy atento, peca de molesto. Estuvo muy bien!

Lo que no me pareció bien, lo manifesté al Recepcionista antes de retirarme. Siendo las 8 de la mañana, me levanté para dirigirme al baño, y a oscuras pegué con mi pié en la banqueta de pie de cama. En ese momento me dolió mucho, volví a acostarme. A las 9, nos levantamos y cuando me calcé y empecé a caminar me volvió a doler mucho, dificultando el paso, mi dedo anular, muy hinchado y comenzando a morarse. Expresé lo sucedido consultando acerca de si contaban con emergencia médica y la respuesta fue: le recomiendo que vaya a la guardia de San Carlos. Eso me disgustó. Luego del desayuno y anter de partir lo expresé, recibiendo como rta: que tienen servicio de emerg pero que hubiese demorado demasiado, por eso sugeria la guardia del Sanatorio. Hoy puedo decir: tengo una fractura en mi dedo. Ya pasó, más que venda no necesito, y no es grave. Pero...debieran considerar lo que un huésped solicita. No tuvieron que reclamar el pago!
