Clean, safe, nice bedroom with very comfortable bed. Good range of TV channel, including English movies. Easy to control temperature in the room, good shower. Good breakfast provided. Free internet, helpful staff. Swimming pool was under repair for almost all of our four day stay, so did not get to use it. Rooms could be bigger for a four star hotel. |

comfortable decor in the rooms and lobby. Good breakfast with more variety than usual Staff were not friendly, did not acknowledge me and addressed only my boyfriend throughout, even though booking was in my name and I paid. Not as central as it makes out in the description. Staff did not speak a word of English!!! |

It is quiet and the breakfast was excellent, comparing to other hotels of same categorie. Rooms are large even for single. As I was travelling alone and by bus, I found this location a little far from downtown. It is a long way to get up there. |

Comfortable room, easy walking distance to town, good lounge area, reasonable price for the standard of accommodation. Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, light coming in through glass panels in and adjacent to the door, frosted glass panels between the bathroom and public walkway. |

Good room, good gym.Quartos bons e centro esportivos muito bons. They charged more than contracted with booking site.Now, atfer complains and after leave hotel,and after move to another hotel, they offer to give back the difference, but is difficult to send money back. |

Lovely room and view Having to go so far to the restuarant for breakfast was a bit of a nuisance. We booked a double room but were shown to one with two single beds (ie what we would call a twin room). This appears to be a fairly common "language difference" in South America (no just at Villa Sofia). |

Good Hotel 10 min' walk form the center of city. large rooms, good service and staff. Nice pool and SPA. large area for rest and play. Good base for all the attraction in the area. |

personal muy atento y amplia habitación y cama la ubicación de la habitación, tenía vistas al lago pero también a una carretera con trafico. El baño no está a la altura del resto de la habitación y la piscina la estaban reparando |

Hotel muy bonito, buen personal sobre todo de noche, bonitas habitaciones, Wi fi en el lobby El check out a las 10 AM no tiene mucho sentido, la mayoria de los vuelos desde Bariloche son despues del mediodia, esta a 15 minutos del Centro de la ciudad pero queda en una subida por lo que si se está muy cansado al regresarse hay que tomar un taxi, aunque no es tan caro, apenas 08 pesos |

o atendimento foi de qualidade, preço atraves do booking.com foi excelente, o publico bem familia, cafe da manha excelente, internet livre para os hospedes, nos sentimos acolhidos no espaço do hotel. |

le restaurant de l'hotel est de trés bonne qualité...petit déj ok aussi...accés la piscine et au spa... chambre donnant sur la route bruyante..mauvaise isolation phonique..un peu éloigné du centre ville et sur une grande montée , ceci pour les vacanciers piétons... |

Das áreas em comum, hall, piscina. Achei o café da manha fraco para o padrão do hotel, bolos e biscoitos velhos, sempre esperavamos para copos e xicaras limpos. No banheiro deveria ter blindex porque molha muito. |

La verdad que el Hotel es hermoso y tiene todo lo que uno necesito para descansar y estar relajado es ideal para descansar. debe haber cosas para mejorar como todo pero el tiempo que estuve todo estuvo acorde a lo que esperaba. |

Gostei da parte do Spa estar incluída. Porém as massagens não estão incluídas. Os funcionários são atenciosos. O quarto é ótimo, porém alguns detalhes merecem reparos. Melhorar a limpeza do quarto e os instrumentos/ funcionalidades do quarto, que muitos detalhes merecem reparos, como: Box que nao segura a agua do chuveiro, toilet que entope, janela que cai a presilha, limpeza dos cobertores com muitos cabelos, barulho da rua, televisão que nao estava funcionando quando cheguei. |

La verdad que nos vamos muy contentos con el Hotel. Esta muy bien atendido y se arman actividades. La ubicacion es muy buena, los platos del restaurant muy buenos, y el spa muy confortable. Lo unico fue que la pileta se encontraba fria, y era complicado meterse. |
