Good room, good gym.Quartos bons e centro esportivos muito bons. They charged more than contracted with booking site.Now, atfer complains and after leave hotel,and after move to another hotel, they offer to give back the difference, but is difficult to send money back. |

Lovely room and view Having to go so far to the restuarant for breakfast was a bit of a nuisance. We booked a double room but were shown to one with two single beds (ie what we would call a twin room). This appears to be a fairly common "language difference" in South America (no just at Villa Sofia). |

Not bad, but slightly misleading advert ... this is a young people's hotel who want to swim & ski, not for older visitors looking for a 4 star hotel. |

Good Hotel 10 min' walk form the center of city. large rooms, good service and staff. Nice pool and SPA. large area for rest and play. Good base for all the attraction in the area. |

Alguns funcionarios,cafe da manha,facilidade de taxi,espaco amplo no apartamento,tres computadores para uso dos hospedes. melhorar a iluminacao do apartamento para o dia e escurecer bem para a noite pois fica claro demais para dormir.Mudar o sistema de fechamento da banheira para nao molhar o banheiro todo quando se usa o chuveiro,iluminar melhor o banheiro,vans para o centro. |

Ola! O hotel é muito bonito e situado em local previlegiado.Os funcionarios muito atenciosos e profissionais,otimo café da manhã,muito confortavel, enfim,voltando a Bariloche,certamente me hospedarei lá! |

Els espais verds exteriors, l'espai d'spa i piscines. Habitacions força espaioses i insonoritzades. Pel preu que té l'esmorzar és millorable així com també crec que estaria bé que l'hotel disposés de wifi a tots els espais i no només al lobby. |

La posibilidad de combinar la buena ubicación del hotel, su amplia habitación y un bello entorno con unos servicios de Spa que, tras una jornada de turismo o deporte por la zona, te dejan plenamemente recuperado y descansado. Todo perfecto. Quizás modernizar algo el Spa, pero tampoco es necesario. |

Grande chambre neuve, confortable et propre. Personnel agréable. Belle vue sur le lac depuis la chambre. Pas possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre. Piscine et équipement de gym ouverts au public (hors hotel). |

hotel tres familial avec un personnel tres gentil.Nous avons aussi aimele petit déjeuner et le diner. La partie hotel est située sur une route avec les chambres qui donnent sur ce passage,ainsi nous avons pu changer pour la partie "cabananes"sans problème.Les chambres cette fois ci étant tres au calme |
