The house is beautiful and surrounded by olive and wine vineyards, which you can visit for tastings. The staff is really helpful and breakfast is delicious, especially compared to other hotels in Argentina. They even served eggs. We would definitely recommend to stay here. Rent bikes and cycle arround Maipu and enjoy Villa Victoria.
everything, it's beautiful place!
it's quite far away from town / mendoza, but that can also be a very big plus!
A beautiful place with a great environment. The place was clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was superb. We would recommend this to everyone.
Wifi didn't work, and the pool was not very clean (don't know if it was open).
Beautiful location, relaxed atmosphere, lovely 130 year old house with a beautiful garden, peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast and excellent pool
Lovely hotel for touring the vineyards and just relaxing. The room, the breakfast and the pool were perfect and the host Giselle was very helpfull! You can Cook for yourself at the hotel or order in for the variation.
Restaurants for the evening are not on walking distance.
Comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast
This is paradise! Nice, helpfull english speaking staff, relaxt atmosphere and great location in the middle of the mendoza/maipu wine area. I would recommend this place to everybody!
This is a fantastic hotel. The building itself, the grounds and the pool are wonderful. Seeing that there is not much capacity for a lot of guests, it feels very exclusive staying here. The hotel staff went out of their way to welcome us, we were given breakfast when we arrived on day 1 as we had a long trip the night before and were given our room at around 9:30 am which was fanstastic to not have to wait untill check in. We were also allowed to use the facilities untill we departed late on our last day.
There were a few quirky issues. 1) We paid an extra amount on the final cost quoted on booking.com as VAT was not included. Booking.com should not state that the amount agreed is the final amount you will pay on the day if it is actually not. 2) the internet was very unreliable. This can be a problem as the hotel is so remote, if you need to plan buses, make further travel plans you can get stuck. We had to take a 2 hour round trip into Mendoza to book a bus for travel the following day. The internet failed and the staff called the bus company which apparently said there were no buses. We arrived in mendoza to find booking a bus was no problem. When the internet does not work, we just felt that the staff should have tried a little bit harder or not given us half information that caused us to panick and could have saved us a whole evening wasted on organising a bus instead of enjoying our time in their lovely hotel. The only other issue we had was arriving late back from our round trip we decided to stay in rather than go out and wanted some small take away. We asked and were told empanadas could be ordered for a small price. This was fine and we made the order. 1 hour later the empanadas arrived and were 3 times the price. aparently the ussual delivery service was not available. We felt they should have checked with us that it was ok to tripple the price they had quoted.
