Quiet location surrounded by woodland, good to return to after a busy day walking at Iguazu falls. Lovely well kept spacious pool.
Rather a bleak dining room - huge glass box. - though pleasant, simple sitting out area. A long way from Puerto Iguazu - if no car then 50 peso taxi unavoidable. Wifi not working.
It's a wonderful hotel in a wonderful position. Ideal for a nice holiday inside the green of the forest. Rooms very comfortable and service excellent.
To go in the centre of Puerto Iguazu, it's necessay to take a taxi. It's about 90 pesos. Wi-fi in some points loses the signal. You have to reconnect it again
Reception staff were friendly and helpful
1. Fancy a cold spa bath? How about a cold shower? No hot water 2 days out of 3. 2. Lazy cooks. Food average when they would deign to prepare it. 3. Wifi? Only sometimes.
The location with beautiful forest views. Great swimming pool. Good breakfast, good service. Close to good restaurants.
Wi-Fi only in public spaces, not in rooms.
Rooms, pool, location
remote to iguazu town in tranquil setting of lush jungle. taxi to iguazu park entrance, and town restaurants. waterfall park exceptional, fantastic experience. waterfall boat ride one of a kind!
Very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms. Beautiful hotel and nice swimming pool.
It is far from the city center and attractions. The hotel is located in the middle of a forest. We were depending on the hotel car services to get to the city center/attractions and back to the hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Lunch service way too slow and long even though with few customers in the restaurant.
- setting - pool
- breakfast - lack of service - no charm - expensive
Excellent Food Low Noise Nice Bathrooms
Too far from town Terrible internet No cellphone reception
Loved the service!
Didnt realise just how far we were from town!
Location in the forrest is nice.
On the sunniest day the swimming pool was closed for cleaning, without notice. In the morning there is a lot of noise from the staff, for example because the cleaning carts bump on the concrete pathways. It's difficult to sleep untill late.
The location is absolutely amazing, you feel like being in the middle of a jungle. The bad thing about it is that it is kinda difficult to get away. You are either depending on taxis or can walk by feet to the city (40 mins) but in the darkness there are no lights to help find the way.
the bathroom could have been cleaner (fungi!) For a 4 star hotel the breakfast could have been better.
Very nice, clean spacious room. Nice pool, dining area. Breakfasts are good, however choice is limited.
Hotel is located in the forest quite far from the city of Puerto Iguazu. You can't walk to the city you need to take a taxi (not a major problem). If you woluld like to visit the falls hotel will charge you substantially for the taxi.
This new, modern hotel alone in the middle of nowhere, near jungle, has a lot good points. It was clean, the rooms were large, nice and beds good (the pillow was to my neck absolutely too massive and a couple of towels took it's place). The hotelrooms were among the best where we have ever been. The restaurant had good food-quality and the staff in general did their best. We had all 3 days a very nice taxi driver in our use, when needed, for moderate compensation.
We choosed this hotel because it has a swimmming pool. Pitty, that it was'nt in use, but under cleaning exept on our check- out day. Check-out time is already at 10 AM, but we could stay untill 2 PM after discussing with hotel- manager. We had a confirmed pick- up transport from Brasilian side airport, but it worked only after our call from airport to the hotel and took more than 1 extra hour waiting there. The hotel is alone in the middle of nowhere. To get a bottle of water you have to buy it from the modern restaurant, or take a taxi for a ride into the town, 2 kms away. There are no services at all closer to the hotel. To make your stay comfortable you should have a car. The WiFi worked very badly. There are still many things to do before this modern complex runs as a 4 star expensive hotel should. E.g. the breakfast should be much better, and not showing empty bowls to those who arrive later. It is also necessary to get some other services to the area.
Clean, large rooms. Staff were friendly.
The hotel was nowhere near anything so you are completely reliant on taxis.
Getting to see the Iguazu falls
The food and dining room Unhelpful and disinterested staff Cost of taxi's to get anywhere Mistakes with our booking
A very nice, modern but unobtrusive structure located in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, not far from the waterfalls. The staff is excellent, the breakfast is complete and the restaurant is very good. Their internal car service maybe an excellent solution to go to the falls, both in Brazil and in Argentina.
Nice and big rooms with heater/air conditionning. Well equiped bathrooms. MP3 player and WIFI access in the room.
Closer to the road than we imagined. The trucks could be heard, more than the birds. Restaurant is expensive. Breakfast is poor with respect to this category of hotel: no fruit salad, no eggs/bacon,... just a few cakes and breads. The hotel seems to be just setting up its garden, some parts on the site looked quite sad.
Jacuzzi in the rooms, brilliant view over argentian and Brazilian forest, quiet surroundings
Early checkout time
Location was great. It is surrounded by a forest, what allows the experience of staying in a place with a nature's pleasant climate. By car, it is close to the brazilian border and to argentina's side from the iguazu park. Swimming pool was nice.
It is hard to find if you don't search before. At the check-out, staff didn't know how to use a credit card with chip. It isn't a luxury hotel. The main quality is the location. Thus, maybe it can be a nicer option to look for another hotel option at this area.
