Amazing, everything great. Staff very nice an helpful, great room. Good location. A real credit to the staff an management of this hotel. I stayed in four hotels in buenos aires, none of the others came close to this one. Wish I stayed there my whole trip

Nothing, only that I had to leave, sure I will miss it when I walk into my next hotel

Decent location and inclusive of breakfast and wifi

I stayed there 8 years ago when everything was brand new and it looks like it hasn't been refurbished since. It's still decent but could do with some updating. They should have tea/coffee facilities in the room I think that's expected these days Finally - and this is not specific to this hotel - the presence of dual exchange rates makes more sense to pay in cash but that requires you to hunt down a black market peso exchange which can be intimidating.

    Medialunas at breakfast!

Air conditioning off sometimes for no reason.
