Great hotel, immediately felt at home. In Palermo Hollywood near restaurants and bars, very friendly staff, nice design, big and clean rooms, excellent bed, good Wi-Fi, real shower with plenty of hot water, small Spa and Gym on the roof.

Clean, small hotel in a great location.

It's pricey for what you get. There are more reasonable priced hotels and better value for the money. Once you book, you only have three days to make any changes. After that it's full price, because once you get there you might find you want to shorten the stay and travel out of town. My recommendation is to only book one or two days and decide after that what your plans are in BA.

Staff was great, they were extremely helpful in lending us a converter plug, adjusting my dates and general area knowledge. Its a small hotel that feels very upscale for the price. Also having a fridge and microwave is great!

The room, spacious, modern design and warm. The hotel is near the best restaurants and bars in Palermo Hollywood, and while it is a quiet street within the hotel and the acoustics are perfect.

Персонал отеля проявил максимум усилий, чтобы сделать наше пребывание комфортным. Очень хороша атмосфера в ресторане отеля.

Bello il design della camera e lo staff dell'albergo si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e competente. Tutti parlano perfettamente inglese.

La vasca idromassaggio che si vede nelle fotografie è con acqua fredda e spesso non pulita. Abbiamo infine trovato le tazze della colazione spesso sporche.

Lo primero que me gusto del hotel al ingresar es que tiene un Sushi Club en el hotel, ya es un gran punto para un fanático del Sushi. Llegue a la noche y el ambiente estaba muy bueno. Una muy buena recepción por porte del personal del hotel. Es un hotel distinto con buen concepto de diseño, amplitud de habitaciones y muy buena oferta gastronómica a la carta.

Un detalle, poca variedad en el desayuno y el pan de campo que tenían estaba duro. Por lo demás 99 pintos en 100. Recomendable.

Las habitaciones son gigantes y muy bien decoradas, además la localización es espectacular

Gostei do controle de temperatura no chão do banheiro, o tamanho do quarto é ótimo! Cama confortável e grande, tudo muito gostoso.

Por ser decorado com muitos vitros e jardins de inverno, o barulho do vento forte nas portas incomodou bastante! A sacada do quarto não vale o investimento, pois não dava vista ara a rua e sim para um horrento muro de cimento e para as janelas de um galpão, com escritórios. Mas o que me incomodou mesmo foi um erro da recepção em me ligar no celular pela manhã, no dia seguinte à minha chegada, perguntando se eu não iria chegar, ou seja, ninguém percebeu que eu cheguei? Logo depois, descobrimos o porquê: confundiram minha reserva com a de outro hóspede e isso gerou outro erro gravíssimo: nos cobraram duas estadias de quatro dias. Se não tivéssemos email que nos informasse as transações do cartão de crédito, dificilmente teriam feito o estorno quand ainda estávamos em Buenos Aires, e nem se se veriam o erro se não tivéssemos alertado a equipe do hotel. Esse motivo apagou todas as coisas oas que o hotel se propõe a oferecer. é um erro primário e obbo que, na minha opinião, não deveria jamais acontecer em um hotel de qualidade!!!

Nos decepcionamos com relação à Academia.(Fitness Center).... Que nAo pode ser considerado como tal e a única esteira nAo funciona.

Os funcionários do hotel estavam sempre preocupados em transformar a minha estadia numa excelente experiência, indicando restaurantes, shows, e lugares para ir e conhecer.

Great service from the staff throughout the stay and even before we arrived, answering questions and booking spa treatments. Huge room was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Location of the hotel was ideal, close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Awesome massages, a real treat.

The studio suite was large and with a comfortable bed. Quite room. Great location. Staff friendly.

The terrace that came with our room was not nice. It had an ugly building and huge fans next door, it was dirty and not for use really. The outdoor areas in the hotel really need an upgrade. The roof terrace and ground garden was not at all a nice place to relax. I am glad we only booked for one night.

Friendly staff, very good facilities and decoration, and cool atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the location is excellent for anyone who wants to be in one of the funkier parts of BA.

Purtroppo, mi hanno rubato dei soldi dalla cassa forte.

Fuimos muy bien recibidos para alojarnos con nuestro perro y estuvimos muy cómodos en una habitación muy amplia Hubo un corte de luz de aproximadamente 8 hs. y el hotel al igual que el restaurante cuentan con grupo electrógeno.

El extractor de aire del restaurant es muy ruidoso y eso perturba el descanso. He sugerido que instalen algún panel de aislamiento acústico. Espero que lo tengan en cuenta porque el hotel es muy cómodo y la atención muy buena.
