Very kind, helpful and English speaking!! staff. Clean room, good WIFI connection. Simple but good breakfast. I recommend it!
Location is good. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go in Mendoza. The place was clean and comfortable enough, but don't expect a standard American chain experience here. Think local color. You'll need some Spanish. Staff is helpful and will arrange excursions for you.
Furnishings are looking a little worn. Could use some updating.
Lovely apart hotel, centrally located, but farmost Their welcoming staff!!, especially Gisella that was so nice and helpful, going beyond her duties to assist us. We would definitely stay here again.
The curtains in the room would need a good wash up.
The price for renting is almost nothing, the staff was really friendly and kind
I didn't like that they didn't have deals with all the excursion agencies, If you are to come to this place you better sort out trips with this agencies prior the date of your arrival
I stranded in Mendoza due to the closure of the roads between Argentina and Chile and still staying at Wine Aparsts.
Cheap and good breakfast, near the center.
A los of noise all night of cars and buses.
The bathrooms were very poor maintained They never told us that they don't take credit cards, until the last day Poor service
Personel is friendly and appartements is clean
Nobody speaks englisch and room is next to busy street. Airco broke down in first few hours and we got two vents which didn't help sleeping
Reasonable fee, location, close to downtown, restaurants, supermarket, & laundary shop. Kichen was available. Barbecue grill & laundry lines w/ drying space were available on the 2nd floor. WiFi was OK level.
We, 3 of us, stayed one night in one unit facing the street right next ot it with a big kichen, dining room & several bed rooms. The bed room right next to the street was horrible in term of people's and trafic noize--unbearably noizy. Next day we asked them to change into a better room. The next unit (Room 8) waiting us was not much better. The shower never drained properly; actually a flood of ~5 cm of water. We had to stay 3 more days + another 3 additional days three weeks later in that room (Room 8).
Very helpful staff
Helpful staff and friendly staff organised wine tour for us Good shower Handy fridge in room
Wifi was terrible Outside our room was a light that was on all night!!! Very annoying
Victoria was always helpful and always willing to help. Good price for the area.
The hotel would need a new coat of paint and some new amenities.
Very bad breakfast
Front-office insistent on being payed in advance, which I did, and promptly stopped cleaning the room after payment, despite asking they failed to clean room thereafter. Breakfast often just coffee and rolls. Shabby, unclean, no value-for-the-money, much better places available for this price-point.
