Good rooms and facilities
No wifi in my room. Too far out of town.
the shuttle to downtown
only one pillow per person, dining room was always empty
Location is good. The breakfast and the restaurant are excelents. The swimming pool is a must.
The bathroom is not a 5 * . The acoustic soundproof is not good. The wi fi is everywhere - ok , but is slow.
The hotel is not locate in the downtown but they have a van available for the customer.Excellent!
The signature drink, made with blue curaçao & lemon zest. The ambience is hospitality is excellent.
The lady bartender could be nicer to people
Nice little hotel used as a waylay for a transfer to Patagonia. Nothing fancy, but clean, and neat. We heard the restaurant was fabulous from other guests, but we didn't eat there, but the breakfast was good.
The Spa / pool was great. Fantastic check-in process with really good staff
Great front desk staff. Excellent shuttle bus service to the town. good location - beautiful views.
Spa - swimming pool too small, water too hot. Gym equipment didn't work properly and could be dangerous - needs updating and replacing.
Great location on the lake with good views. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff with efficient check-in and check-out. Nice amenities such as pool and hot tub.
location ambience setting and smiling staff
no control on shuttle bus usage when bigger group arrived bigger group must have separate arrangement with hotel
Hotel, staff location
Just the wifi was poor
Beautifull surroundings, nice view, nice bar/lobby area/, nice spa area, clean, shuttle service
Staff sometimes a bit unfriendly, everything needs an update, noisy rooms (could hear the neighbour talking), shuttle service should start earlier (begins at 11?). Breakfast expensive and should be included in the price (now like 20 dollars extra), wifi worked but slow.
Shuttle service into town was practical, good breakfast buffet (although not included in price and expensive)
Overrated hotel, conference style, no charm, services not up to rating (restaurant, internet, bad accoustic), 25 mn walk into center
The pool is a littler dangerous it cut the people
Far from the city
Nice swimpool with view over lake Argentino
Very "health clinically", wheelchair friendly
The hotel itself very nice. The view is wonderful. The hotel very fair with the rate. We had booked two nigths, but because of cancellation of our flight to El Calafate, we only could stay one night. The hotel only charged one night!
The staff of the reception was very arrogant and not very friendly The food at the bar was not so good. The waitress not very friendly.
hotel is new, clean, nicely decorated, good views. most of the staff were nice.
wi-fi in room did not work at all, lobby was ok. clerk at check-in was not very polite, he seemed annoyed at me because he could not find my two pre-paid, non-refundable room reservations... which he found a few minutes after ruining my day. The rest of the staff was very nice for the duration of our stay.
Very nice and spacious room Wonderful lakeview from the pool Free welcome drink in the bar Helpful staff Bus service to the city center and back
Location outside the city (compensated by bus service)
La comida y los mesoneros fueren excellentes
Loud music in the room coming from the lobby some equipment in the bathroom, windows or pool are in a very bad condition and must be repaired or overhowled
Although is a little on the outskirt of El Calafate, the hotel is very very good in all aspects. There is an hourly shuttle service to the city. The warming outside and inside pool is a devine and so is the jucuzzi.
I specifically ask for the waterfront room in a reservation of 6 month old and still I did not get it!
- nice rooms - nice in and outdoor pool - granted access to SPA after check-out to take a shower before our night flight - good breakfast - interesting lobby area with traditional interior
- free transit leaves one minute before schedule rather than after
