-female staff rude; follow through from staff non-existant; room only cleaned after 2 days (and complaining 2x); no aircon in room / no temperature control - eventually had to request the heating to be turned off centrally; no information guides/menus etc in hotel room - it never appeared either, even after asking each day; cooked breakfast dreadful - dried out or soggy at any given time |

Helpful and honestly nice staff, with confortable facilities and a surprisingly beautiful swimming pool. We spend quite nice days there, going and comming from the glaciars. The only remarks are the tansfer timetables, without any late nor early one. There could be a room with games/entertainement, as it is far from town and there is cold outside, so you spend a lot of time at the hotel |

The location, the staff, the cleanliness and the lake view the water of the pool was cold, so it was not possible to be used (what I believe is the most charming thing in the hotel) |

El hotel es nuevo, limpio. El servicio fabuloso, no dudan en ayudarte en todo lo posible. Está situado a las afueras, pero tienen transporte gratuito a la ciudad. Son 2Km, pero con el frio que hace se agradece el minibus. |

La disposicion del personal del hotel para aconsejar y reservar en cuanto a las actividades y excursiones para hacer en la zona y que han estado pendiente de nosostros para que nos se nos olvidase recoger los voucher del las excursiones, recordar los horarios, etc Mucho calor en las habitaciones que no han podido resolver |

Desayuno muy bueno, habitación muy confortable y vistas al lago. Bien la zona de spa con vistas muy bonitas. Bastante lejos del centro aunque se compensa con el servicio de lanzadera. Fuerte olor a tabaco en la habitación cuando llegamos. |

Lo mas increible son las vistas fantasticas al lago desde las habitaciones, la amplitud y el confort que tienen incluidas las camas. El personal es muy amable y cordial, dispuestos a solucionar cualquier incidencia. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo y variado en un salon amplio y luminoso, y el restaurant ofrece sabrosos menus a precios asequibles. Ampliamente recomendado para todos. Esta un poco alejado del pueblo pero cuenta con un servicio de transporte gratuito. |

- atendimento dos funcionarios/simpatia; 2) ambiente/vista para o lago ; 3) transfer para a cidade; 1) ampliar o horario de funcioanamento da piscina (p. ex: 8 - 24 hs) ; 2) mais funcionarios para o cafe da manha - faltavam utensilios a mesa; 3) algum horario de tranfer no meio da tarde para o centro da cidade |

El fantastico emplazamiento en el que se encuentra el hotel, justo al lado del Lago Argentino El precio de las habitaciones resulta elevado, ademas no esta situado en el centro, sino a unos 2 km. |

Nous avons apprecie la disponibilite du personnel, le grand confort et la superbe vue sur le lac. Etant un peu excentre, ils proposent des navettes gratuites vers le centre de El Calafate. Muy bien. Un regret, l eau de la piscine est trop chaude a mon gout... |
