Very nice view of the lake. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room insulation very poor. You hear next room noise. Breakfast is not to 5 star hotel standard

Location right on Lago Argentina with great views from all rooms. Great amenities: pool, gym, spa. Didn't use spa, gym, sauna etc. due to the many local attractions. Great breakfast included.

Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was alsoa nice. Like everything about the hotel. Will definitely recommend.

Worst hotel of our whole trip and we stayed in 4 hotels with 3-4 stars. First room was unbearably noisy because of a huge fan in front of our window and the second room was extremely hot although it was not warm outside. Unfriendly staff at breakfast, too far away from center of El Calafate.

the hotel is ok but far from being deluxe, make sure to book a room with lake view!

it's not a deluxe hotel, the rooms incl. bathroom would need some refurbishment, the location is a bit outside the centre but there is a regular & free shuttle bus (walking to the centre takes about 30-40 minutes)

The room had a great view of the lake and we enjoyed both sunrise and sunsets from our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of food offered and was good quality. The common areas are very tastefully decorated and the shuttle into town was punctual and convenient.

The hotel is located 30-45 minutes walk from the central part of town.

Great rooms, excellent service and incredible view of the glacial lake

first we were in A room very hot and without air conditioning, but we talk with mr matias(head at front desk) and the next day we move to A good room,front of the lake and with air conditioning. we planning to take my family to visit calafat and stay in xelena.

Friendly efficient service.

Air con not working properly (we didn't report it). Curtains don't close and light comes in.

Restaurant exquisite. We had our two best meals in our month stay in Argentina there by far.

Some Staff slow and does not follow up.

We paid around £100 per night but we were not disappointed, the spa was great after a day on the glacier and the massages are quite reasonable compared to London prices. The food was great and the room was large and spacious. The view of the lake was lovely and the shuttle into and out of town was frequent.

Gorgeous view, great food at the restaurant, great lakeside view from our room, very cool infinity pool (you can swim under a window from inside to outside), friendly and knowledgable staff, easy to make reservations for excursions from the front desk

Limited equipment in the gym, waitresses at the restaurant not knowledgeable about restaurant's wine selection

Staff were very organised and accommodating.

WiFi substandard. It was not possible for hotel to take bookings by telephone for tours. E-mail requests were not actioned due to their mailbox being full.

Lovely location, beautiful views of lake, excellent English-speaking staff, free shuttle to town every hour, helpful with tours, advice on restaurants, spacious rooms, and excellent over-all experience.

Me pareció el mejor hotel de El Calafate; muy lindas vistas e infraestructura; sobresale del resto y te dan ganas de quedarte en el hotel después de las excursiones.

Las viandas que venden para las excursiones, son un poco escasas.

Hotel calmo, localizafo fora do centro, mas com transfer. Quartos espaços mas a decoração é esparta. vida magnifica.

Quarto de banho podiam ser mais modernos, mesmo com banheira de hidromassagens são basicos.

Las habitaciones amplias, excelente decoracion y vista al lago,muy buen desayuno, impecables en limpieza, espacios comunes con muy linda ambientacion y vistas.

No encontre nada negativo.

Nos encantó el hotel. Desde afuera y desde adentro. Muy cómodo, las habitaciones muy grandes, confortables, y con una vista divina. El personal super cordial sin excepciones. El servicio de viandas con bolsito para llevarlas a las excursiones también, prácticas y ricas. Muy bueno el desayuno y la gastronomía del restaurant Mora. Si bien esta un poco alejado del centro, el servicio de combis funciona perfectamente.

Fueron muy amables cambiando los días de nuestra reserva, teniendo en cuenta que la modificamos a las 6 de la tarde del día en el que en principio llegábamos. El personal muy atento. El servicio de bus al centro. Y la piscina interior/exterior.

La música ambiente un poco alta.

Atendimento, localização (a vista é incrível), custo-beneficio (muito barato pelo o que oferece), instalações, facilidades (vans que levam para o centro a cada hora), fitness center (sauna, piscina, massagens). Gostei de tudo!

O quarto é grande, confortavel, linda vista da janela, cama grande e macia. Possui frigobar e split. Muito bom para nao passar calor à noite. Quarto moderno e agradável.

Não possui isolamento acústico algum entre os quartos. A vizinha do quarto ao lado ligou pra mãe dela e eu escutei toda a conversa perfeitamente. Lógico que fica difícil dormir com esses barulhos. O banho é horrível. A agua vem fervendo e gelada ao mesmo tempo. Era uma tortura a hora do banho. E pra terminar não oferece café da manhã incluso na diária (que não é nada barata). Acho desagradável pagar separado o café da manhã. O hotel perde aquele ar de hotel de montanha. Fica parecendo um hotel de negócios de São Paulo.

exelente atencion y predisposicion, elegante y acogedor.

O atendimento do pessoal da recepção, o quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável e tem um translado para o centro da cidade de hora em hora gratuito.

O atendimento no café da manhã é horrivel (funcionários mal-educados e sem treinamento) e falta de opções de alimentos dentro do horário do café (até manteiga não tinha!!). O chuveiro é horrivel e pessoas com mais de 75 kgs não cabem na banheira, além da cortina de plástico, incompativel para um hotel 5 estrelas. Os canais a cabo também não funcionavam corretamente.
