The friendly people/ breakfast

The receptionists were all friendly and competent and were always there...24/7. Finding a parking spot was always easy over the 4 days we were there. Walking to the Prater was very convenient and the walk there was also pleasant (through the green park). Our rooms were very large.

I did't like the hotel at all, I won't go back there and will never recommend it to anyone!!! Especially the staff don’t care their customers’ feelings or needs. They only think money and money!!! We coulnd’t see any smile on their face. If you have a problem about the hotel there is nobody to have responsibility. The only worst thing during our stay in Wien is the Suite Hotel 200m zum Prater. : 1) Far away from subway station.The location of the hotel is 15-20 minutes from the nearest metro station. Nothing around the hotel. 2) Unrenovated rooms since 1945, plasterboard walls, so you can hear everything from outside or neighbours. Furniture is old and dirty. Not a real bed, more of a laid out sofa bed. The beds were awful, hurted our backs all night. Smelling pillows. 3) Supersmall bathroom and the toilet that even if you sitting on the toilet you can not close the door. 4) Staff weren’t friendly. You can tell they were annoyed if you ask a question.. They don't look like a 3 star hotel. 5) Pretty poor breakfast with dirty dishes. Breakfast room is too small for so many people. You had to wait for tables to free up 10-15 min. Bread was not fresh. 6) They had no luggage storage facility and no safety. The whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment.

Wish we could have had a room on a higher floor. :( The street level is a bit noisy in the morning.

We stayed at the hotel may13-may 17, 2013. we had rm36- junior suite. The room was big and quite with some kitchenetts: refrigerator, tea cattle, a sink, and some utensils. Beds and pillows were awful – they should definitely replace them. The receptionist told us then it was converted from 4 beds room to 2 beds room for us. There was a locked door in the room what looked really strange but the receptionist reassure us that nobody lived on the other side of the door. The hotel is close to Prater Park, it was quite, a bus/tram stop just around the corner, very safe to walk at night. The breakfast was ok. You will not be hungry but they offer not that much. It turned out that it took only 15 min waling to get to the center. If you are on a budget this is the right place to stay; don’t expect any extras.

Replace pillows and matresses.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center, low price.

The hotel is nice but it needs reconstruction or some repairs at least.

Clean, the size and the comfort of the room, the equipments in the room. This hotel is a better cost benefit in Vienna.

Not very clean in our room. Really old to the point of shabby. Not a real bed, more of a laid out sofa bed and only just a double in size pushed up against a wall. Super small shower room and a very shabby kitchenette. Overall very shabby & furniture with stains etc. Pretty poor breakfast even at the room rates price.

It is so close to this amazing park. Everything else does not matter. Staff is friendly, both ladies sitting at the reception. Although I got the name of one - Lena.

Very big room with free wifi, small kitchen and a desk. Looked more like an old apartment building. Also had an extra room, that looked like a children's room with 2 beds. Close to tram line.

The room was extremely shabby and it felt more unclean than it probably was. The old parquet floor was worn out cracked and creaky with broken tiles. You had to wear shoes to walk around the room! When you first walk into the room, you just want to leave - it's horrible. We would not have stayed, but were only there for two nights. &Quot;Cell like, but big" is probably a fitting description. The whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment. They had no luggage storage facility.

We had a very large 2-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room - a very good deal for city center and the money that we paid for 4 persons (164 EUR 2 nights including breakfast) Russian-speaking receptionists were very helpful.

The rooms, equipment and the hotel itself need some renovations, but it was not so important for us. Breakfast room is too small for so many people.
