Interesting design, good breakfast, friendly staff

Small rooms

We really enjoyed panorama windows in our room (6 and 7th floors) with a very good city views. Friendly staff gave us excellent dinner recomendations throughout our 4 days stay. Kitchenette with a full set of cook and table ware was an excellent addition.

Room cleaning was not excellent, same for the minibar and tea/coffee accessories replacement.

Rooms clean and comfortable. All staff very friendly. Great location near lots of museums etc. 2mins walk to public transport (underground). Restaurant efficient with good food. Good breakfast quality

The restaurant and bar are busy until after midnight (which is good if you like a vivid night life and not so good if you like a deep rest). Noise from the close-by streets (may be hard to avoid in a city centre). Breakfast room was overcrowded, we had to sit at a table that was not cleaned yet, in order to get any.

The location, concept and design of 25hour is perfect! It was such a lovely place to stay, I cannot recommend it enough!

Service at 1500Foodmakers (the resturant attached to 25hour) was a little lacklustre, but I got the feeling that the staff were all very nice - I'm sure it will improve in time!

Cool designed modern hotel in one of the most attractive areas in vienna. Staff very friendly. Hotel is very clean and new.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Design and atmosphere absolutely incredible. Rooms look more like nice apartments rather than typical hotel rooms. Definitely my recommendation.

everything... this is great hotel on a great spot with great stuff and all the things were more than perfect. If i ever go back to Wien i will to stay in this hotel again and again.

Good idea with design, the excellent location and delicious and good quality breakfast. Отель замечателен всем: идеей, воплощением, чистотой номеров, стоимостью. Прекрасное месторасположение, изобильнейший завтрак и отличный руф-бар. Пара моментов для пар с детьми: прямо около входа в отель - детский парк с фонтаном, кухня по просьбе готовит любую еду для ребенка.

Small room and no wardrobe. The cost varies from the type of view from the window. Было бы прекрасно, если бы в номере был .. шкаф! Его просто нет, есть пара полок. Номер маленький, кровать занимает буквально всю площадь номера. За вид из окна на улицу, а не внутренний двор, после долгих вариаций попросили доплату 10€ в сутки.

Extremely friendly and relaxed team, but at the same time very professional and attentive. Very beautiful and surprising interior design and decoration, assimilating a multitude of trends in a modern and fresh way. Very nice breakfast.

Location is great. We got a very good price so it was a good value. Free wifi was pretty fast. Good sound insulation (room was quiet)

There are no cupboards and no closet. Our room had only shelves and a few coat hooks. I prefer to unpack. The room was pretty small so it felt pretty messy. The decor is 'whimsical' and hipper-than-thou and to me it already looks dated.

Great location with a funky design and a huge sense of humour. The bar and restaurant were excellent for breakfast, dinner and drinks.

Pillows were too soft and the a/c was going through some teething problems.

everything, this is an amazing hotel - staff extremely helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchenette, and beautifully designed.

in the double room, there was one coffee cup, and only one chair at the dining table.

Funky design, good location- a little bit away from the main turist route but still close to reach by foot. You can also use hotel bikes for free. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Room is big enough and has whatever you need. Like that circus topic idea a lot. Whould like to try the other hotels of the chain in Zurich or Hamburg for instance.

breakfast a way too expensive but still good selection

A hip hotel that offers quirky design and a fun theme. Good location, close to the museum Quartier. A convenient 5 min walk to the nearest train station. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We booked a Panorama Suite on the 7 floor with full glass window which had a fantastic view of the surrounding area. It was well worth it!

With the on going construction work at the ground level, it was a bit difficult initially to find the main entrance as there was no proper signage. The reception was on the 8 floor. On the day that we arrived, the only lift servicing the building broke down and we had to carry our luggage all the way up to the 8 floor reception to check in. Luckily the staffs did all they could to help us with the luggages. But the lift was fixed within a couple of hours that day.

The staff were very helpful & courteous. Loved the bathroom!

Thought the pillows were very flat.

It is very well located in Vienna, near the Museums of the city
