The staff were super friendly on check-in and made us feel very comfortable, very quickly. The location was very close to a metro and a lovely area of Vienna. (Where all the museums are). We don't normally eat in hotel restaurants however this restaurant was fantastic. The food, value and ambience were all very good. There were also a lot of locals there which is a great sign. You won't regret a stay at this hotel!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were excellent. The owner as friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.
the hotel was in a good and convenient location (for our purposes) and the rooms were clean
1- for the room rate charged and given how cold it gets, i expected to find a kettle and some complementary coffee / tea bags. instead, we had to pay either EUR7 for a cup of cold coffee and a croissant, the only available alternative to a EUR17 for full breakfast 2 - English speaking people at the hotel restaurant: Vienna attracts numerous tourists and not all speak German. There was only 1 person who spoke English and even so, we still ended up with getting basic things (like pizza) completely wrong on a simple dinner order 3-service: I do appreciate that the kitchen closes at 11pm but I fail to understand how that means we could not get a cup of coffee or tea 20 minutes past then, particularly when the coffee machine was sitting next to us at the bar and not in the kitchen.
comfort, quiet, large room, exclusive and unique design, easy going, young staff, helpful and super nice atmosphere
Room and restaurant. Great roof top bar.
the comfortable bed good AC system quiet rooms
I was sharing a room with a friend of mine - we are not a couple - we found the window between the room and the bathroom quite funny - even after closing the window blind there were 'cheese' holes through which we could see through :)
+ Location. The hotel is in the historical center of the city, most of the major touristic attractions are within walking distance. + Best breakfast buffet I've seen + Housekeeping every day + Underfloor heating in the bathroom
- The room is kind of small
Ich fand die Einrichtung außergewöhnlich und originell und heimelig. Auch der Ausblick über Wien war wunderbar.
Als Nachteil empfinde ich, dass es keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz für das Auto gibt.
I was worried when I saw the photos that I would be disturbed by the freaky design on the walls but it was really nice. I would definitely return; however, I will get a room with a panoramic view. Hotel was very clean & trendy. Staff was friendly and WiFi was really good.
Extremely uncomfortable pillows.
Awesome panoramic cafe, extremely well decorated, everything was thoughfully designed, perfect location, helpful staff. totally worth going.
It has a fair size, clean bathroom and that's about it.
The overall feeling of the hotel is " non-conformist gone haywire". Somebody wanted to be out if the ordinary and managed to create a place that wants to be non-conformist ( the logo says it all: " we are all mad here") while sending out a feeling of cheap and frugal. Decoration in the room is minimalistic to say the least.
the attitude of the staff from the reception. the fact that the Panomic bar was closed when I arrived and the next day they had the day off. What day off? People don't work in shifts? Is a bar in a "4star" hotel.
Extremely well located, excellent service, perfectly clean and absolutely fun place.
The central location - the view from the city facing room and the circus mural on the wall. well equipped and warm bathroom. Helpful lobby staff who assisted us in booking a concert.
Would prefer breakfast options to have a cheaper menu served in the restaurant. Otherwise all was great
the atmosphere the spa the breakfast 24/7
No air conditionning available during winter
We liked all that was on offer. The whole place will be memorable. In genera, I would recommend 25 Hours Hotel big time.
The room we were in could have been a bit more spacious although the bed was very comfortable. Maybe other rooms were bigger? I don't know.
Location. Just a few steps from major museums, 5 minutes walk to Rathuas, 10 minutes to central old town Vienna. Great staff, good bar and food menu and quirky hotel. Highly recommended
Room wasn't massive but not a big deal
Everything the 1500 restaurant is amazing. Roland the manager is amazing as well.
The room was just perfekt, always cleaned and made with love At the reception all the personell was willing to help us , giving information and arrange whatever we needed! we will be back soon :)
- non-traditional fancy hotel - in the centre of the city - nice staff
And it was a "fun" place to be. The other guests were great!
Hotel was very "slick". Definitely overpriced and a tourist trap. Rooms were very small; lobby even smaller; and all in all it felt very cramped for the money we were paying.
Great bars and life within hotel
Pillows bit flat
staff, location, breakfast, wifi... all top notch
if i have to find a thing i would say no much space to store clothes in the room; an additional wardrobe in the room would be helpful
Perfect location just behind the museum quarter. To reach the Innere Stadt you can either walk for 15 min or take the subway line which is 1 min walk from the hotel. The ambiance of the restaurant at the ground floor and the terrace bar is contemporary yet cosy, they serve easy going Italians (pizza, pasta, great deserts etc) Welcoming staff was there to help all the time. The best thing about the hotel is you can reserve Mini Cars for free for as long as you want. We didn't use the cars because we were into the walking distance areas, exhibits and inner city attractions. But for those who want to enjoy close towns near Vienna. All you need is your international driving license. I would definitely stay at 25 hours Hotel again.
The location was excellent, the staff helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel was fun. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
The cleaning of the rooms could have been a bit more thorough. Given that we were staying at a hotel I would expect the dirty dishes to be cleared from the room and the room mugs to be washed. Everything else was wonderful !
