Like the Beds, The Decoration of the Hotel, The Breakfast Room/Restaurant has every kind of food you could want. The Hotel Rooftop Bar is nice on a dry evening. Love the Soap and Shampoo in the Showers as standard.
There was No Sauna or Fitness Room during our stay in August 2014. Which was disappointing. The staff at the front desk seemed rather unhelpful at first. But be persistent if you want something. The views from our room were over a courtyard - But fine if you are looking for just a place to sleep and a great Shower. No Wifi is Some parts of the room which was annoying at times.
Location, good room, good breakfast, friendly staff
bad connection of wi fi in rooms, be carefull for additional bed, it is extra cost but they don't say before...
very comfortable and the staff were great!
The room was looking a bit tired (chipped paint and knocked walls)
Loved the laid back atmosphere. Didn't feel like a hotel but a casual yet welcome pad.
Design Location Facilities
Breakast is overpriced. Air conditioner was too strong and this mixed with too thick blanket created bad quality of sleep.
Free car and fuel!!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel decoration is beautiful, if visited Vienna again I will stay at 25hours hotel.
We absolutely loved our stay at the 25hours Vienna. So much so that we plan to stay with the chain every opportunity we get. The rooms are unique and modern in design with their circus theme. The lobby and public areas are also super cool. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one and gave us advice about exploring the city and insight from a local perspective (it was invaluable). The roof top bar has a great view and the burger de ville restaurant had delicious food (get the funky fries). The location in the Museumquartier was perfect. There are so many little things this hotel does which make it an amazing place to stay. Can't wait to return!
Pillows are a little soft. Ask for extras at reception.
Great staff, Comfortable beds and rooms, location and restaurant/bar. A hotel with personality.
Not sure I liked the wooden shutter opening from the bedroom into the bathroom. I prefer more privacy.
the ambiance is kind of a hipster one, the swing in the reception, the photo booth and the lovely shop make this hotel one of its kind.. the staff is very helpful.. everything was just perfect
The friendly welcome at reception was great after a long journey followed by a drink at the rooftop bar, which wasn't overpriced. The funky bedroom was comfortable and clean.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have made the stay perfect.
Amazing place. Great location, beautiful, chic, arty, spotless clean place. The terrace has awesome views of Vienna. Service was great. I also had dinner in the restaurant, food/wine was good and reasonable priced for Vienna. I will come back and definitely stay at this hotel. Dan
Great location, fun, funky place. Excellent rooftop bar. Comfortable suites
Staff is not very helpful, nor very knowledgeable. Cleaning was superficial and left some to be desired. Staff needs to be on the ball as this is an expensive place. Price of breakfast is preposterous.
Ambience just fab; interesting and quirky (written instructions that bring a ready smile!). Staff the very best, most helpful and friendly, English excellent. Easy walk to central city with little park next door.
Standard room size is small, juggle to find suitcase space. Better central lighting would be good.
The room was pretty, the lobby looked great, the rooftop bar was nice and the restaurant was excellent and the burger bar was super. Breakfast is expensive but worth it (although it's more fun to find the coffee bars in the town). Staff was friendly but reserved, but that seemed to be a local thing. The bed was good, the shower was terrific and the room was clean. Best thing: location. Near all the museums, the subway and lots of beautiful places and hip coffee bars and bakery's.
The wifi was terrible. Sometimes down to 0,1 kb/s in the room, not much better in the lobby and non-existent in the restaurant. Overall it's quite expensive, but great for a long weekend in Vienna.
We had issues with the air conditioning and it being a hot summer in Europe it was not possible to sleep without some form of cooling. We informed the front desk of the issue and they very kindly upgraded us to a better room. This was greatly appreciated. Hotels can be nice as long as you don't have issues. The good hotels are the ones who listens to the customer when an issue arises and does something positve about it. 25 Hours Vienna is certainly a place I can recommend.
Nice design and a wonderful shower!!
Everything is based on design, but after all it is as cold as any hotel can be. Quite impersonal. Too expensive breakfast. Too focused on consumerism...
Location was best. Trendy, and extremely comfortable. Burger ville, roof top bar...front office staff very helpful in guiding you for sight seeing...
Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Nice room with an amazingly confortable bed. Thr style of the hotel is really funny and good looking. The joggers corner is a good idea.
-The 17-euros extra for the breakfast is ways too much. - Something needs to be done about the lifts: 2 elevators for a building of this size are not enough.
Very good location just 10 minutes walk from the Hofburg palace. Fantastic character room, comfortable and clean. Very helpful staff.
We hired a car for two days during our stay, the cost of parking at the hotel is very high at 25 euros per night.
A great and rare hotel concept that manged to interprete the good qualities of a inner-city-quartier kind of life. It offers a nice and busy reception area for hanging around, eating, reading and more. Whenever you want to check out for a while, there is an elevator to your own quite room...
Not a major thing, but the decoration of the rooms with its circus-theme, is a little bit to "loud" for my taste. For all the good things at street level, I would preferred a more visual silence in my own private room.
Young Style Humor Friendliness of personnel
Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. The room was facing inwards and was very quiet. No noice from the corridor or other tooms. A more relaxed and personal style if you want to get away from the standard 4-5* biztraveller-container style business hotels. Excellent location to get to the inner city and explore the Museumsquartier and 7-8th district.
There is a window between the bathroom and the bedroom (can be closed but there are still small holes in the window hatch. It may be too intimate if you are "just friends" but decide to share a room.
The style of the hotel and the bar on the roof.
We were called at midnight by the staff to ask if we had eaten in the hotel - we hadn't and had been asleep for a couple of hours - and then on check out we were again asked about the meal. The manager though dealt with the situation really well and resolved it completely satisfactorily. So despite this one (and indeed one off) negative experience I'd still heartily recommend anyone to stay here.
Super cool boutique hotel on the border between 1&3 Vienna's district. Good value for money & great location!Would definitely recommend it to everyone! Thanks personnel for our pleasant stay there
