Close to city center, quiet place Without any request staff knocked the door in the morning and waked us up. General manager may start with “You must understand …”. Hotel cannot charge the cards immediately so the General Manager is very worried about non-payments. When he failed to charge the card for the first time he sent me a mail “If you don’t send us a valid creditcard we will ask the international police to search for you and believe me they will find you”. When he was successful in charging he didn’t even apologize but suggested a special price for the next visit. |

We liked everything: the location ( in the centre of the city, near metro, tram), hotel staff (very kind and polite), facilities were excellent, we have what we needed. We were content that we could parked safetely our cars. According to our interests, it was a nice trip in a proper locations. |

Space in the room, kitchen heating is coupled with "outside sensor" that controls when is heating on or off. This is bad because there is a feeling that is coold in ther room and you can not do anything about it! On first night it was cold so I needed a second blanket. There is only a few places to park your car so that is a problem too if you come late at night to apartement. |

Stayed for 3 days at November, 2009. Got the WiFi Internet connection free of charge, the price seems to be good regarding the low season. The self check-in service was clear and well guided. There was no iron in our room. |

Convenient location. Hotel staff didn't speak english. A guy called us every morning, once at 8 a.m. in the morning!!! and asked us to pay, despite our agreement to pay on a certain day at 8 p.m. When we came at 8 p.m., there was no one at reception. |

Enough space . Bed was ok.Heating did function.General impression was that the hotel met the expectations we had. waste bins outside the window . drainage smell in the room loose floor tiles in the kitchen .. |

There is a lot of space, wireless access and only few noise (mainly by other guests) I didn' feel that the owner takes exceedingly care of the room. For example, the ventilation in the WC sounds like a tractor. The rrom mate cannot not notice that. |

Great location, clean room, kitchenette and crockery provided. Very easy to collect the key on arrival. Internet access was very good, fast and very convenient. Desk lamp did not work. Some of the cutlery was missing, One of the bedside tables was damaged. Otherwise everything else very good. |

A very normal one. Acceptable ratio cost/quality is the only positive aspect to mention. The hotel can be recommended to those having the budget as their first priority Cleanliness because of the age of the building. The few staffs could just speaking German, the only contact in english could be on the telephone with a guy never met, always in a hurry and giving the idea of dealing with hotel's clients as the last concern of his life |

We should leave the hotel at 9:00 on check out day. I could not understand why cleaning lady ordered so.Parking lot is only one (I could park from 2nd day of my staying). It is 18 EUR per day, but it is counted only day, not hour. I parked 48 hours but I should pay 54 EUR (3 days cost). And they did not issue the receipt of parking cost. |

Well positioned, easy to reach at Center by foot. Quiet street location with classic buildings. The appartment is OK, a little bit small, but well equipped with all a family would need to cater for themselves. Walls are thin, you can hear others (as they can hear you). But I have seen this to more classy and expensive hotels....All-in-all for the price paid, this appartment is a very good choice for a budget family. |

It was close to the city centre. It would be better if the door on the shower room were a sliding door so that it did not open into the kitchen as the space is too small. Also some more cooking utensils would have been useful. |

Freedom of own apartment with cooking facilities; an opportunity to come into contact with local people, shops etc. Non-tourist area. Clean and functional, close to supermarket and transport. Apartment not well maintained. Tiles missing on bathroom floor, wardrobe unstable with broken drawer, large hole in kitchen work surface and desk. |

Nice, clean apartment in a convenient Vienna location - less than a kilometer north of the inner-city ring, within walking distance to most sites. Near tram. Very reasonable and comfortable. Highly recommended. Washing machine was not working well. |

The hotel is located in the street with no noise and traffic. It has a convenient garage. The location is quite good, not far away from main sites like the Liechtenstein museum. There is also a small supermarket nearby. Finding the hotel when coming into the city from the airport motorway is easy. The toilet was very smelly even though there is a fan so I guess it wasn't cleaned in some time. Apparently only the feather pillows were available so if you have allergies you should bring your own. There were only a few English TV channels. |

good comfort and very low price, quit near the center of the city when i arrived at 7.15 p.m. noone was at the reception and i've call with the telephone two times before let know someone i was out of the hotel. then i've waited for 5 minutes only. moreover i was not able to use the wireless connection. |
