I am so sorry to tell you that you have the worst reception ever. I passed over many places around the world and many hotels in Vienna but I have never faced bad experience like that. They don't have communication skills, when they reply you make you feel that you ask their grace and mercy, and when they finish the call they don't even bother themselves to tell that they would work to solve the problem soon, many times the line closed on my face before even saying"thank you, we will help you, we will solve your problem" Yesterday16:30: The situation now, I am in my room without electricity, I called the reception, they asked about my room number and closed the phone without saying anything, and now I have been trying to call them from more than one hour and nobody replied. Yesterday 23:00, I was calling the reception from 16:30 until 23:00 without any reply, or they open the line and put me on waiting, I don't know what kind of words I should describe this rudeness. At the end, the new shift guy replied to me at 23:00 to tell me that he can't do anything right now.
location of appartment
the location of the reception, it is too far away and this is not visibly mentioned on the booking site
Arrived at the pension but nobody was there, then called a number and realized had to go to another hotel to collect the keys!! It cost me 90 minutes to go and come back. It was late evening and I was already tired, it was raining and was quite cold. I would Have never booked this hotel if I would have known about this!!! Never again
First thing, the review is not about this apartment, but for the Suite Hotel 200m zum Prater, where we stayed by mystake of the manager. Without even asking for apologies, he told us that we have to stay there because the apartment we booked was occupied. Even if I send him an email the day before the arrival, he didn't tell a word about this problem. So we ended up near Prater instead of being near the Rathaus as we wanted. The apartment we received was ok, but very noisy, I could hear everything from the next room. Breakfast ok, not very spectacular, same every day. Public parking ok, in front of the hotel, not crowded at all (because is not near the center), cost 24 euro/ day but is free on weekends. The good thing is that you can reach the center with the tram and the station is near the hotel.
-The atitude of the manager or whatever he was, rude and not asking apologies for the situation, he just gave us the keys for the room and send us upstairs, not even mentioning anything. We insisted that we didn't booked an apartment there, but near the center, but he insisted that we have to stay there. His atitude was unbelievable.
The apartment was dirty and sticky!
The wify is terrible, tried to contact the staff to do something about the wify but impossible to call from both my phone or the phonethat included in the room.
Good location close to the university campus.
When booking, no one tells you that you have to go get the keys to the other side of town. The only discover when it arrives on site. This was very unpleasant. Moreover, when I took the keys, the staff was very bad.
I lived one month and I wanted to live one month more, but I did not get the opprtunity. It is not possible to rent for 2 months, it is bad.
Filthy, smelly and tugged away in a back yard so your mobile phone does not work. There is a kitchen yes – with broken porcelain and dirty cooking pots. When you take a shower you stand in your dirty water after 2 mins due to drain problems. Furniture is completely worn-down and dirty. Wifi is not stable. Keys to be picked up at the other end of town. All in all a disgusting place.
central location, calm alley, washing machine, dish washer
keys are being handed out in a hotel about 25 min an hour away by public transport, at least it's open 24h; in apartment 11, one of the two rooms is a walk-through room
kitchen, enough space, quite location, price
bad or rather no internet connection, getting the key on the other site of the city
Good place, not really expensive(for Vienna)!
but(!) they did not warned us, that before coming to the hostel you should go the hotel to take the key! this place do not have any reception, that is why we were exausted, because we had to go really far from this place in order to get the key from our room..
It is pretty close to the city.
Dirt, even spiderwebs. No lights in the kitchen. Torn cover on the extra bed, there is no sofa or nice seating, only some old conference chairs. 3 people tried to open the apartment door on me. You can hear people upstairs.
City has excellent transport system, easy to use, €15 for a week on all buses, trams and metro. Hugely cultured and the history beautifully and dynamically presented. People friendly. Eating out was high quality and half London prices.
Owners need to make obvious that collection (not return) of keys to the apartment is at a huge distance from it. This is not covered by merely saying there is no caretaker.
It was near the city center
Personally I don`t like this app at all. To get the key, we need to go to another building which situated in 7km from app!!! Bads were not comfortable at all, etc.
location: close to the center of Wien price is good for location
Kitchen is basically unusable, it has one small pot, no pan. The rest of the apartment is very basic as well, only very small table (not really suitable to eat on), no seating area which was advertised. Reservation of parking didn't work.
The pillows where very poor in fact they may not have even been in the room. Also remember that where you get the keys and where the unit is, it is on the other side of town. We arrived at midnight into Vienna. Everything was closed. It cost 50euro to get to the keys then to the unit. This added about 1 quarter of the cost of the room. Location was good only about 10minutes walk to town with tram at the end of the road. Only we did not work out how the tram worked as no one spoke English.
The appartment is really very big . What amazing is you can cook in this flat .
It cost much time to get the key, It's really very unconvience and you can across the whole city when you pick the key . Also the Location of this falt is very hard to find .It's in small road and the name of this hotel is very small to find
Reception is in another hotel not close, which is really inconvenient, especially the notification is not obvious.
Location. When we complained that the shower is unusable, they fixed it the same day. But how come that there was an unusable shower at all?
First surprise: "reception" is available 24/7, but located on the other end of the city, in a different hotel. Arriving around 22:00, we had to travel back and forth and got to bed round midnigth. Fair enough, it was mentioned under additional information, but only at the very end of a long mail. All furniture, shower, etc. is long after the end of its service life. My student dorm was in better shape, even before renovation.
The key is to be found at the other end of the city. I did not get any information before about it.
It was a spacious apartment. If you're looking for cheap accommodation and you don't mind how clean it is, this is your option.
It was not very well cleaned, the bathroom smelled very bad (almost as a public one), internet was not working and the things it had were very basic.
good value room with good facilities, walking distances to city center
shower water penetration too slow
It is located in a fairly good place
One has to collect the key from another hotel. You have to take a 20 minutes tram. It is not clean at all. The kitchen utensils are not enough. It does not have any sun.
As we move to another hostel.there is breakfast for us. That hostel is very clean and comfortable.
there is no reception. actually we lived in another hostel.the transportation is not convenient. it takes a long time to take tram1 to the mertostation.
