Very clean room Comfortable beds
Extra fee for paying with Amex Sound isolation in rooms not so good
Location, friendly & helpful staff and comfortable, clean room
the staff can speak English which is very helpful
there are four beds in the single room.
-location -lobby with 24h bar
-slowly wifi -the bed wasnt comfortable
Friendly staff, small rooms for 4 persons. The smallest price I found in Graz. You have to pay extra for private parking (7 eur/day) and for the Internet. For 7 EUR they give you also breakfast.
Clean and big room with 6 beds. Location is near the main railstation (500 metres).
Ladder on the bed is right in the middle. It's very uncomfortable. Young ladies at the reception are good, but not on 100% - were small difficulties to know about hostel service from them. Some problems with internet.
good location, friendly staff, facilities in a room, comfortable bed and cleanliness
for everything you should pay extras, and also for wi-fi
Great and friendly approach at the reception, room in perfect condition, hotel itself has something like 3 years. And they did not win the hotel of the year price for nothing:-)
I loved the quality bed linen and the wonderful thickness of the doonas on those very cold nights!
It was the only cheap hostel I found available. A bit far from the city but near the tram stop. Good free wifi. Good clean room.
A bit far from the city.
location, price, very friendly staff
only disadvantage was the size of the room for 4 people, we really couldn't move in there
Close to the main station. Room is simple, but clean and nothing to complain. Offers a good price.
This is a new hotel with convenient location close to the station. If you want to spend relaxing time in your room with nice furniture, you should go to the historic hotels in the city center. The location is also not in the old city square, but in a modern area with many buildings/houses.
Close to train station, great bistro place nearby for a great breakfast/burger!! Clean room!
Small room! Had to pay for tea and coffee, shower towel provided but no bath mat. We ran out of toilet paper had to go down 4 stories to get more.
Very close to Graz train station, comfy room with WC and toiletries
The centre is a 15-minutes walk. The underpass may look a bit scary, but is not.
Just cheap price.
They didn't clean the room everyday. When I arrived, all bed is messed up. so I should change room. No kitchen, no any other service.
The staff was very kind and ut was good to have a bar at the hotel for a beer or for breakfast if you don't want to pay 7€ for the breakfast the hotel can give you. In the hall there's also a TV, a shelves full of books, an internet point and you can play pool. If you're lucky you can park near there for free, otherwise there's the hotel car park for 6-7€ a day.
They say it's five minutes walk from the centre, but it's 30 minutes...
Parking places are too far
WiFi is free actually. Room is large and clean.
A little bit noicy if room face to the main road.
Good value for money Facilities - modest but everything you need. Brakfeast - OK.
I have reserved parking. I did not receive instructions form the staff, so I paid parking by myself on regular rates. This should be improved by suggesting visitors appropriate parking procedure.
The staff here were excellent. Fastest wi-fi of any hostel I have stayed in.
Credit cards accepted only on initial check in for the room - You cannot use it on anything from the bar. The thought that this is a short walk from the train station may sound attractive, but remember there is no ac, so we slept the entire time with the windows open. Being right off a major street and literally right across the street from the train station lead to noisy nights, making it hard to sleep. This is the most expensive hostel I have ever seen - skip the breakfast and just walk across the street to McDonald's - its about half the price.
Clean facilities; 24h reception desk; nice staff on the reception desk; value for money; near parking lot.
Very noisy; shaky and tin walls;
Relatively close to the city centre. Good connection to the tram line. Nice stuff.
Not very clean, expencive for a hostel
Friendly and helpful. When we asked for a baby bed it almost arrived before us at the room.
No Air conditioning though wasn't expecting it
just one person working on the reception and caffe/restaurant!?
20 cm space between table and bed makes it rather difficult to reach bed, TV screen size of tablet, shower tap placed in the most ridiculous place. If managers of the hotel want to know more please let them write. Will gledly respond
