Location is good.

I spent in this hotel 3 nights. Two of them were sleepless because of noise in the corridor. Previously I stayed in this hotel a few years ago, and it was much better. It looks like the hotel now is not very different from the hostel, except the cost.

The staff was excellent, very kind even they had many people to check in....

I stayed at a minimalist but comfortable en suite single room. The shower was nice and tidy when I checked in. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was not included in the room rate ( it cost 6 Euro only).

I did not like having a tv hanging above on the wall and I ended up lying on the bed to watch tv which was not very comfortable.

Staff is perfect,ready to help.Rooms seem new, and very clean.

The area looked like a district area, I didnt have any problem but looked like a little bit scary.

The accomodations were excellent. The beds very confortable, the room clean and quiet. The price was excellent for a two bed room in a hotel, with television and close to the Westbahnhof and also to the city center.

It was all good! I really enjoyed my stay there. Markets near, shops, cyber coffees, all near. And you can easy get all the places walking around. Or, if you want, the metro station is just 3 min walking from there.

Wi-fi not free to use in the bedrooms.

Because I stayed in the hostel part of the a&o facility, I found the room spacious enough to have a great time in Vienna. In general terms I was taken by suprise from the fact that the receptionist offerred me a hand,and more, to find the location of mozart's grave, because she did not know the location, as many others, she checked via internet and it took her about 5 minutes to find it. Aiso my lock card was not working twice ahd the hostel employees changed for my self.I have forgotten to mention the fact that the hostel was near to an underground station. If I have the chance I will visit Vienna and a&o hostel again.

Generally I did not find something wrong at the hostel, I have to refer that I was always outside sightseeing. But I don't know if others have a complain.

people at the reception were always nice, Internet conection was fast. I liked the fact that for a 4 person shared room you had your own bathroom.

Location is scary. The neighbour seems to be a little strange.

The hostel is great, close to the Subway station and everything that matters. The rooms are big and the service is good enough. The staff was polite and seen to be glad to help. The wifi was good and it worked in my room, what it was not supposed to... The breakfast was really good. You can eat all that you want and there are many things. I would be back, for sure!

The neighborhood seens not to be safe enough. There are some sex houses, but for me it wasn't a big deal. I have no problem at all! There was a girl in the reception who wasn't so helpful, but I think that she was pretty new and she didn't learn everything yet. The security card, which is supposed to get in the rooms, didn't work well. I went two times to the reception because of it.

Closed to metro and Westbahnhof, and there's a commercial center nearby.

Need to wait until 15:00 to check in and there's a fee 2.95 euros if pay by credit card.

Located at 100 mtr from the Metro line. Premises are clean and staff is friendly. Fast food eating joints and supermarket like spar are located at around 300mtrs.

Quite economic.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always full of smiles. Just make your day in the morning. Towels are readily available and toilets are clean. Top notch accommodation for an affordable price!

The tv at the lounge just showed repeated highlights of stunts and nothing much. Could have shown news or sports instead.

You have to pay if you want to have a game of pool or table soccer. Thats ridicolous.

Room was excellent for 4 people mixed accomodation. Bathroom and toilet is shared but it is located in the room. Cleaning is perfect also.

Price was little bit high but it is all about late reservation. Everthing adds more money your payment, lockers, bed stuff and internet. There was free internet on lobby but I couldnt connected.

Reception area was nice and friendly lots of information displayed.breakfast value for money.

Room was a bit tiny I stayed in single but got used to it , mattress and sheets could do with a change and better curtains.

Good location, clean, good heating, great price

Poor insulation of heat and noise from roof window (it was still quite hot that we had to reduce the heating), water temperature sudden changes, especially shower

It was clean, warm and comfortable.

I did not have free access to the internet from my room. I had to sit on the ground floor for entering the internet. Breakfast was a little expensive - 6 euros. I had to pay 3 euros for the linen.

Location was great, very close to U-bahn station and from there one can reach everywhere. it is very cheap and for my propose the hotel was great.

I don't recommend the breakfast, it is very poor!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Being a Hostel/Hotel I wasn't really sure what to expect for such a low price but it was a good clean comfortable hotel and the extra cost for the breakfast was not breaking the bank like some hotels.

EUR 2.95 credit card charge which I had not anticipated. Fortunately I was able to pay in cash.
