Nice hotel, not too much noise from traffic and friendly people. Also with a nice restaurant next door

When you want to take a shower, put the water on 5minutes before you go in, takes a long time before it gets warm but then it's good

Good location, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfasts (with local food), good wifi ... just a lovely place.

Only odd thing is that hot water takes several minutes to come on in the morning.

Competitive price - very simple hotel but clean and enough confortable - private parking - in my room there was noise from bathroom ventilation but the staff change my room very quick without any problems - nearby also a restaurant

The room 31 was very confortable and well furnished. The breakfast was very good, wide and varied, and the hostess very kind as the other members of the staff. Even the restaurant proved to be very good for quality/cost ratio. This is definitively a good hotel.

Nothing worth to be mentioned. I noted that there are scales at the entry and to reach the rooms. It was not a problem to us but maybe this could be a problem for disabled people, anyway I don't know if they have elevators too and I did not asked for them.

It is nice place in general, feels cosy. Free parking and Internet access, good breakfast. At the time price was good.

There is nothing fancy about it, room was simple, bathroom could use refit. Double room has in fact two separate beds pushed together.

Reception and Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The room was clean and comforable and the WIFI signal was very strong. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. We thought the Breakfast room and the breakfast itself was exceptionally nice --- enjoyed the atmosphere and the meal very much. Would definately return the next time we are in the area.

For a mature couple with some luggage - it would be nice to have an elevator.

Just off the town centre in one of the quieter streets. Parking off road right outside. Pleasant staff. Good choice for breakfast. Everything in the room working as it should.

Flight of stairs from street level to get to entrance/reception. Could be awkward for some. Did not notice a lift.

The railway neighbouring the hotel. Trains' noise is unfriendly.

The receptionist Mellissa was lovely and spoke many different languages!!

Very nice family run hotel near the old city. Easy walking distance and friendly staff.

No a/c in the room and it was a very hot day in Villach. However, I understand that in this region it doesn't usually get this warm so that is probably the reason why. It cools down enough at night that the temperature was manageable.

A equipe possui funcionarios muito atenciosos que falam diversos idiomas, inclusive o português. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e o hotel está muito bem localizado.

La stanza era spaziosa e luminosa - il ristorante al pianoterra è una bella comodità, il cibo era buono e il rapporto qualità / prezzo giusto

I materassi non erano comodissimi....mancava l'ascensore per salire le scale con i bagagli pesanti...

la gentilezza del personale abbondante il buffet della prima colazione ottima la cucina del ristorante e strategica la posizione dell'hotel a 5 minuti dal centro della città

Molto bello tutto il contesto nel quale si trova l'hotel Kramer. All'interno bellissimo, a due passi dal centro storico. Prezzo modico.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr guter Service !!!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, insbesonders an der Rezeption, ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage im Stadtzentrum von Villach ca. 7 Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt und verfügt über einen eigenen Hotelparkplatz. Der Zugang zum Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstraße - also Augen auf! Wir logierten in einem sauberen Zimmer mit grossem Bad, hochwertig und schön eingerichtete. Zudem gab es ein reichhaltiges, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lies. Freundliches und ambitioniertes Hotelpersonal ergänzten unseren guten Eindruck. Für ein *** Hotel sehr guter Service und absolut empfehlenswert!
