Bellissimo appartamento, elegante e spazioso in posizione ideale per visitare la città: si trova proprio nella via centrale. Silenzioso e dotato di frigo e piccola cucina. Avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. |

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria. L'ottimo restauro che è stato fatto del palazzetto, la cura nei dettagli (fiori, frutta, caffè...) La posizione strategica (vicino al parcheggio, in pieno centro città) |

Convenient location in Old Town area. No air conditioning required the windows to be open. Unfortunately, street noise from people leaving bars and restaurants flowed right into the windows, making a good night's sleep very, very difficult. If you want to sleep without sweating to death, book someplace else. |

El apartamento es muy coqueto y todo bastante nuevo. La cama muy cómoda y grande. Al asomarse por la ventana estamos en una de las calles más céntricas y bonitas de Salzburgo. La propietaria muy amable. El edificio es muy antiguo (ya que está en el centro histórico) y el suelo está hundido, da un poco de miedo pero si en 500 años no se ha caído...El baño es muy muy pequeño, con ducha. |

Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Appartement ist sehr modern ausgestattet und man hat alles um sich selbst zu versorgen. Da das Appartement direkt in der Innenstadt liegt, glaubt man es wäre sehr laut. Dies kann ich nicht bestätigen. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Durch die Doppelfenster kommt kein Ton ins Zimmer. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!!!! |

vor allem die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zum Festspielhaus. Es sollte vorher bekannt sein, daß zur Schlüssel-Engegennahme eine Person extra anreisen muß und deshalb die Ankunftzeit einigermaßen exakt eingehalten werden sollte |

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt ermöglicht sehr kurze Wege zum Einkaufen,zu kulturellen Veranstaltungen und zu touristischen Sehens-würdigkeiten.Man kann immer wieder schnell zu einem Zwischenaufenthalt in das Zimmer,das mit einer sehr gut eingerichteten Kleinküche eine ausgedehnte Selbstversorgung (Frühstück etc.)ermöglicht (Supermarkt 50 m). Da die Appartements teilweise zur sehr belebten Getreidegasse (Fußgängerzone) liegen,kann es für lärmempfindliche Ohren trotz Doppelfenstern besonders am frühen Morgen bei Anlieferung für die umliegenden Geschäfte und Gaststätten und bei der Abholung durch die Müllabfuhr störend sein.---Bei hohen Außentemperaturen (über 25°C) ist die fehlende Klimaanlage nur ersetzbar durch einen bereitgestellten Elektrolüfter und/oder Öffnen der Zimmertür zum kühlen Treppenhaus und/oder Klimatisieren (nachts) durch geöffnete Fenster (evtl. Lärm). |

Der Standort des Hotels ist wunderbar. Der Raum ist gross,sauber und ruhig.Die Espresso maschine ist sehr gut. Das Hotel gefaellt uns gut.場所は最高。祝祭劇場徒歩1分！賑やかな通りに入口（最初は、ABCの表示に挟まれた大家さんの呼び鈴を押- しドアを開けてもらう） がありますが、室内はとても静か。ウェルカムフルーツ、紅茶やエスプレッソ、ミネラルウォーターが用意され- ています。バスタオルはたくさん用意されていますが、シャンプー・ソープ類は持参のこと。干渉されずに滞在- 中は自由に過ごせるので、我々にはとてもよかったです。また利用したいアパートメントホテルです。 |

ウェルカムフルーツがおいてあり、バラの花も生けてあって、なんだかほっとした。１週間の滞在だったが、週- の半ばに掃除に来てくれて、バラの花も生け代られていた。心遣いがうれしかった。 |
