Receiption service is good. The staff will help guests on traffic, tour route, anything the guest wants to know. The wi-fi charges; five Euro for 24 hours. That is not cheap.

It was very conveniently located. Rooms were clean and basic No facilities for making tea/coffee in room. Room was 'compact'. Breakfast was very limited and the same every morning. Towels were clean but well washed, thin and small. No bathmat or shower curtain.

This is a good, basic hotel that is a good value for the money. Although the rooms are small -- it is a student dorm during the school year -- they are comfortable enough and, suprisingly, quiet enough. I would stay there again.

Die Lage, Frühstück war auch ok, Personal sehr freundlich. Viele Zimmer, aber kein Lärm. Ist keine Beschwerde ! Personal war super! Unsere Zimmernachbarn machten so einen Lärm, d. v. Rezeption ein netter Hr. kommen mußte. Lärm war schon etwas unheimlich. War gleich Funkstille!

No me ha gustado nada, es caro, con mobiliario y ropa vieja, su desayuno es de pesima calidad, sus jugos la mitad es agua y sus carnes frias de infima calidad, solo tiene wi-fi en el lobby...lo unico bueno es que su personal habla ingles y son amables. Jamas me alojaria ahi otra vez. Todo esta viejo, las telarañas sobre los muebles, toallas rotas, de todos tamaños y colores.....su precio no tiene razon de ser con relacion a su calidad

die freundliche Art der jungen Leute an der Rezeption die Zimmergröße ist für 2 Personen gerade an der Grenze, aber für mich fällt es in die Kategorie Jugendherberger/Studentenhaus und nicht in die Kategorie Hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è il solo vantaggio che mi ha colpito positivamente dato che si trova vicino ad Hofburg e di conseguenza al centro della città. Sicuramente non eccelle nella qualità e nella pulizia delle camere, troppo piccole, pochi attacchi della corrente e materiale ormai usurato.
