Located in the center of Oetz in Tyrol’s Ötz Valley, the Acherkogelblick offers apartments and rooms with balcony, free parking, and free Wi-Fi access in public areas.

The garden features a big sunbathing lawn with benches and chairs. In summer the outdoor pool can be used free of charge. The sauna and the infrared cabin at the Acherkogelblick can be used for an additional fee.

Many hiking and mountain bike trails, a swimming lake, and opportunities for rafting, canyoning and climbing are nearby.

In winter the cable car to the Hochoetz ski area is very close to the Acherkogelblick.

The Ötztal is a valley in Western Tyrol and one of Austria’s largest ski regions. It comprises 12 ski resorts, including Obergurgl, Hochgurgl, Oetz, Zwieselstein and Sölden. Sölden is Austria’s third most important tourist destination after Vienna and Salzburg and has 150 km of slopes alone. There are 2 glacier ski areas in the region.

In addition, the owners who run the hotel themselves, were very welcoming on our arrival and very friendly throughout our stay. Zweistens wurde uns gleich bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt das wir in Bar zu zahlen hätten und zwar den vollen Preis (was nicht richtig war) da wir ein Zimmer bereits per Visa bezahlt hatten. In einem Zimmer fehlte der Fernseher, auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt dass dieser in der Küche des Ferienhauses steht (diese war aber verschlossen !!!). Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, die Kopfpolster haben auch nichts mehr mit Polstern zu tun! Das Frühstück war ein Witz !!! Die Zimmern waren immer sauber. Das "reichhaltige Frühstück" sah leider weder Eier, Yoghurt noch Obst vor. Es war somit recht spartanisch und eintönig. Probleme bei der Bezahlung, wenn man nicht weis wie man einen Bankomat/Kreditkartenautomat bedienen muss sollte man nur Barzahlung anbieten. Denn die Gäste nach Abreise anzurufen (bereits 1 Stunde Heimreise), sie müssen nochmal zurück kommen, die Kreditkarte geht nicht .. und dann liegts am Gerät und nicht an der Karte .. und dann nicht mal eine Entschuldigung .. das ist eine Frechheit. Bij aankomst niet hartelijk ontvangen(de man groet ons niet eens), de eigenaar snauwt naar zoon om ons de kamers te laten zien, die rent naar boven en we konden hem niet vinden, lopen terug en zoon lacht ons uit omdat we een verdieping te hoog zaten. Waar ontbeten kon worden lag de vieze was op tafels, dus niet ontbeten daar. Ze laten je daar aan je lot over en vragen niet eens of alles naar wens is.
