Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

This guest house was fantastic value for money, so clean - I've stayed in 5* hotels that are not this clean!. Amazing views of the mountains from all windows. Very good breakfast. Good bed, and bathroom facilities. Run by an odd couple, not unfriendly but odd!! Btw, in Austria you need to go to a garage to pay 6 Euro's for a sort of road tax or face getting fined 65 Euro's as we did. It would have been nice if the land lady told us!!! |

We liked most of all the views in the area and the fact that the pension had a countryside stile. We did not like that we had too few possibilities for breakfast and no vegetables. |

Schone nette kamers , zwembad in de tuin met ligstoelen, eenvoudig,maar voldoende, ontbijt. Omdat wij de eerste waren op de aankomstdag mochten wij kiezen welke kamer we wilden hebben, aan de straatkant met geluidsoverlast, of een appartement (ipv een kamer) aan de zijkant van het gebouw. We kozen voor de laatste. |

Fint rent værelse med stor tilgængelig altan. Det ville være en stor forbedring hvis personalet rent faktisk opførte sig som om de var interesserede i at give gæsterne en god oplevelse/et godt ophold. Vi blev mødt af ejeren af det lille sted. Hun var iført nattøj, og havde ikke tid til at informere os om noget som helst da hun tilsyneladende var igang med at lege med nogle børn andetsteds på hotellet !.Bruseren i badeværelset kunne kun bruse meget varmt vand. Der var ikke trådløst internet tilgængeligt på trods af at det står nævnt som facilitet på booking-siden.Om morgenen da vi skulle afsted måtte vi lede efter personale for at få lov til at afregne. Man kunne ikke bruge hverken visa eller mastercard selvom det står på booking-siden. |
