Actilingua Apartment Pension  

The Apartment was nice & big. were able to reach City Centre in 10 minutes

The showers were not upto the mark. There was a problem with Hot water when 4 people had to take a bath one after the other. Staff were not able to speak in English.

Location of the Pension, close to the tram, metro, heart of the city

Insufficient equipment of the kitchen (no coffe machine)

The Wireless Internet was not working in the rooms. It only connects in the lobby. There is no Iron available in the room and they charge Eight Euros per hour.

Although it was just a little difficult to find the first time, the location is very good. It is handy to the tram, and to the U-Bahn. There are markets nearby, with one right as you get off the U-Bahn, making it all very convenient. The cleanliness is always excellent, and the staff have always been helpful, even if the English/German communication has not been perfect. All in all, this is usually my first choice to stay in Vienna.

отвратительно отношение к клиентам!хозяин отеля (какой-то араб или турок), видимо, решил подзаработать на праздники.мы бронировали семейные апартаменты с 2 двумя полноценными комнатами с 2сп. кроватью в каждой и 1 гостиной с диваном.в итоге приехали и получили за ту же цену 2комнатный номер с 3 1сп. кроватями и 1 раскладушкой!никакой гостиной не было.в ходе скандала, который мы подняли, выяснилось, что в номер, за который мы заплатили вселили других людей (5 чел.), а т.к. нас было 4, то они посчитали, что нам вполне хватит бы такого номера, а то, что мы оплатили другой, никого не интересовало.никому не советую туда ехать!воды горячей (хотябы даже теплой) за неделю так и не дождались.кухонная плитка не работала!

Dobře dostupný od vlakového nádraží Simmering.

Dobrá snídaně, pohodový personál, parkování v přilehlých ulicích, metro kousek. Byly jsme spokojeni.

Die Werbung des Hotels entspricht nicht den Gegebenheiten, junges Publikum durch Sprachschulung, lautes Feiern anderer Gäste, Wlan nicht im ganzen Haus verfügbar

Räumliche Großzügigkeit des Doppelzimmers und des Eingangsbereichs. Das Einzelzimmer ist bezüglich der Größe O.K. Die Ausstattung mit zwei Duschbädern und zwei Toiletten ist auf den ersten Blick bestechend.

Allerdings ist je ein Bad bzw. Eine Toilette wegen der Enge kaum benutzbar. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche mit ihrer Ausstattung knapp ausreichend. Dem großen Schlafraum fehlt die Möglichkeit, die Fenster zu verdunkeln. Insgesamt lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.Bei meiner Abreise fehlte die Rechnung.

Collocazione non distante dal centro e ben collegata, negozi nei dintorni, dotazioni funzionali, personale collaborativo, stanze riscaldate e ben isolate, bagno unificato con toilette (non comune in Austria), personale che interviene ad aggiustare piccoli problemi una volta segnalati.

Pulizia solo la stretta indispensabile (polvere persistente su superfici), personale delle pulizie solo di lingua tedesca, qualche dotazione scricchiolante (porte che non chiudono bene, tavolini zoppicanti), altri ospiti rumorosi (clientela per lo più studentesca), prezzo della colazione sconsigliabile.

Actilingua is a good mix of old and new: old house with flair - but new rooms and furniture. Kitchen and bath were very comfortable. The room itself was friendly!

There could be more possibilities for placing things in the bath (shelves, hooks, etc).

Las comunicaciones zona tranquila.

El aseo la cocina no tienen ninguna clase de ventilación.
