Far from city center

I was very lucky to get a last minute reservation on booking.com; I mean I have paid 49 euro for a 100 euro apartment at the normal price. The place was quite nice, clean and with all the amenities included. Especially the bathroom was quite modern and clean. Staff also, was very very friendly.

The only thing I would amend is related to the decorations. I would have some pictures and such on the empty walls, and maybe also a carpet in the living-room, for a more cosy feeling, but then again, this is just me, and of course it is no big deal.

Staying at this Art Nouveau apartment was perfect for us since we were visiting many sites on the east side if Vienna. We found it a less than 10 minute tram ride into CityCenter as well, so we went in each day for a coffee house visit and to meander the amazing streets of Vienna.The apartment was very large and well stocked and very comfortable, Many stores are in the neighborhood and transportation is within 2 blocks. It is a very quiet area as well.

Got an entire apartment for less than the price of a hotel room even for one night.

The hotel was a big surprise for us. The room actually turned out to be a one-bedroom apartment, nice & clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The area is residential and not very glamorous, but safe and quiet, with a couple of supermarkets on a way to the subway (5-min walk). The city center is 15 min subway or tram ride from the hotel. Could not wish for better. And the price was unbeatable!

WiFi is free, but internet connection might be very sketchy, especially in the evenings

Very nice staff, lots of room space, nicely designed rooms, dog-friendly. Good value for money. Nice old St. Marx cemetery with Mozart "grave" 10 minutes walk away.

A little too noisy at night from the street.

Compared with other aparthotels where we have stayed before in other big cities the offered apartment was superior in area and rooms.It is an apartment for you to reside longly even permanently.Staff and room service were very efficient , kind and familiar.Even the noise we heard from other appartments(only during dayly hours) was much agreeable to our ears as we occasionaly listened to very well sang classical "lieds". We give high marks to the appartment and pension.

Just the location of the appartment pension we didn't like.Although-as you correctly stress in your promotional advertisements-we are there at 10 minutes distance(by u bahn) from town center the pension neighbourhood is kind of periferic and dormitory like,even provoking some apprehension for a couple of seniors to walk the streets in the night.So it is more appropriate for long(professional or academic) stays than for short touristic stays.

The Apartment was nice & big. were able to reach City Centre in 10 minutes

The showers were not upto the mark. There was a problem with Hot water when 4 people had to take a bath one after the other. Staff were not able to speak in English.

gutes Frühstück, tolle Zimmer, ruhig

Personal etwas chaotisch, wurde vor 8 Uhr morgens vom Housekeeping geweckt, ob ich nicht innerhalb der nächsten 15 minuten auschecken könnte- obwohl der Checkout bis 11 Uhr war!

Nisam dobio racun. Receno mi je da ce poslati mailom ali nisi. Molim Vas da im skrenete paznju da mi treba racun za boravak u hotelu...

1. Очень холодно! 2. Редко убирались в номере 3. Грязные занавески 4. Ужасный запах канализации из туалета

Vicino alla metro.

Struttura vecchia e non tenuta benissimo (prese corrente rotte, pavimento con mattonelle staccate, porte rattoppate.....) Il secondo giorno, mentro eravamo in camera, mi ritrovo nell'appartamento un ragazzo con le valigie, che per errore della reception , aveva le chiavi dello stesso ( insinuava che li ci viveva lui!?!!?!?) ...considerate che è entrato in camera con fare maleducato pensando che ci fossero le sue cose!!! Nessuna scusa da parte della struttura. Si è scusato poi il ragazzo quando è tornato a prendere la sua valigia ( lasciata li) con una chiave di un altro appartamento.

Klidná lokalita, útulný pokoj, dobrá dostupnost k metru..

Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Temizlik ve resepsiyondan sorumlu olan iki bayan güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel turistik bir bölgede konumlanmamış ama şehir merkezine metro ile hat değiştirmeden rahatça ulaşılabiliyor.Tramvaya ulaşmanız 3 dk, metro istasyonu ise 6-7dk uzaklıkta.

очень понравился интерьер вокруг стойки ресепшн (красивая витая подъемная лестница, милая раковинка с крантиком - видимо эти элементы заботливо сохранены при ремонте здания). очень милое и уютное помещение для завтрака.

давно не освежали тюлевую занавеску в номере 16, очень не удобный смеситель в кухне, он так расположен, что вода попадает под раковину на пол в шкафчик с мусорным ведром.

war ganz gut. wir hatte unsere ruhe, und war ganz einfach zu dem apartment zum kommen...

meine grosse problem war mit dem strom. wenn ich kochen wollte, dem stromp habt immer ausgegangen... so war nicht ganz gut diese sache dort....

- Dobra lokalizacja (blisko Metro), - duży apartament, - miła obsługa.

- Stare, zużyte wyposażenie pokoju, - popękany parkiet, - odpadające tapety wymalowane farbą, - mała różnorodność jedzenia podczas śniadania, - piszczenie rur podczas puszczania ciepłej wody.

Sauber und hell

- Frühstücksraum & Buffet - Empfinden, beim Buchen ein Hotel inkl. Frühstück gebucht zu haben, um dann draufzukommen, dass das Frühstück extra zu bezahlen ist - Störung durch die Müllabfuhr frühmorgens, da sich die Container im übermäßig hallernden Innenhof befinden.
