Very pleasant ambience. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Very generous afternoon snacks including savouries, cakes, ice creams and choice of drinks, all in unlimited amounts. Short walk to skibus. Good sized and well equipped bedroom with balcony and good view.

Uns hat im Hotel Bergkönig alles gefallen. Das Personal superfreundlich., Hervorragender Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen, tolle Zimmer, ein sehr ansprechender Wellnessbereich. Alles sauber. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem sofort erfüllt. Ich kann das Hotel nur bestens weiterempfehlen.Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch sehr viele Urlaube dort verbingen, Sommer wie Winter.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel mit grosszügigem Wellnessbereich. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider ist es kein Nicht-Raucherhotel. Im Essbereich nimmt man den Rauch stark war. In den Zimmers ist zwar Rauchverbot, trotzdem riecht es stark nach Zigaretten. Ist etwas schade. Schade auch das im Wellnessbereich viel Lärm durch kleine Kinder gemacht wird, welche eigentlich nicht ohne Begleitung Erwachsener dort sein dürften.

Hervorheben möchten wir die absolute Hilfsbereitschaft von Hotelführung bis in den Servicebereich.Für private Angelegenheiten gab es immer ein offenes Ohr und eine große Kulanz seitens der Hotelleitung ! Ebenfalls die Rezeptionsangestellten und der Servic,verdiehnen ein Lob für Freundlichkeit. Aus unserer Sicht , ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel !

W toalecie unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Jedzenie było mało wyszukane i średnio smaczne, codziennie to samo na śniadanie a byliśmy tam 2 tygodnie, resztki z poprzedniego dnia na lunch. Cena ponad 1600 pln za dobę zupełnie nieuzasadniona. Brak wifi. Hotel na pewno nie dla rodzin z dziećmi ale dla emerytów z Niemiec chodzącymi nago po spa.

Lage des Hotels zentral gelegen als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen. Am ersten Abend wurden wir leider nach der Hauptspeise "missachtet". 25 Minuten war für uns keine Bedienung mehr erreichbar und wir haben uns dann entschlossen auf weitere Getränke oder die Nachspeise zu verzichten (ungewollt).

der freundliche, nette Umgang aller Angestellten mit den Gästen. Das es ein Raucherstübli gab. Anfragen aller Art kompetent und sofort beantwortet wurden. der Beatyservice, der dem Schweizerstandard entspricht oder sogar noch übertrifft. das Schwimmbad war ein wenig zu klein.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Grosszügiges Gratis-Kuchen und Tee/Kaffee-Angebot jeden Tag. Strecke zum grossen Skigebiet am Gletscher ist etwas lange, Pool im Hotel etwas klein, ansonsten super.
