Activ Sunny Hotel Sonne

The lovely staff were super friendly and helpful. I travelled to this hotel with my 4 month old baby, and an old school friend visiting from overseas. As such we needed a bit more space and were lucky enough to be upgraded from a double to a suite! It was low season, so the hotel was not so busy, however having said that the hotel still did not have to be so forthcoming or generous. We were very impressed. The reception and restaurant staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The spa area was large and very good, a great place to head for some relaxation after a full day's outing.

The only down side at this hotel was the food. The breakfast buffet was ok, standard but fine, however the evening meals, particularly if you are there on half board, were very disappointing. Maybe we scored an off evening however aside from the entree & salad, the meal served was almost inedible.

Spacious rooms, very clean, great view of the mountains, polite personnel, good restaurant, very friendly atmosphere.

The hotel was well located for the village and skiing which was the main reason for staying there.

The ski locker was located in a difficult position for access etc. Happy hour was not properly advertised and easily misunderstood. Staff did not explain.

Good hotel, not great. Value for money and overall service doesnt equal a 10. This is a solid 8 hotel at most. In Kirchberg you are limited on 8-10 hotels. Breakfast was very good.

Eat out. Dinner menu or room service was lacking.

The staff was very kind and helpful, one of the waiters found our forgotten camera and saved it for us. The same one helped us suggesting the choice of restaurants in the city.

Working hours of the sauna are not frendly to unskiers, because they start operating at 15,00 hours. The food (meaning lunch and dinner) isn't so delicious as you would expect from the hotel of that category.

Wir haben 2 Doppelbettzimmer bestellt und bekamen eine Suite und ein sehr schönes Doppelbettzimmer.War ausgezeichnet, im Gegensatz zu vorigem Jahr, bestellten wir auch zwei Doppelbettzimmer und bekamen zwei lieblos eingerichtete Zimmer.
