It was a great hotel, food was good, staff always friendly

The SPA was nice and decent breakfast. (But i have seen better breakfast at other 4 star hotels)

Very old and small rooms, really need a refreshment. The smallest TV i have ever seen and bathroom was probably from late 80's. So 90Euros pr night for single room at this hotel was way to much. Bad smell at the swimming pool also. They did not have heater for ski boots in the skiroom. This is definately not a 4 star hotel anymore (It probably was 20 years ago though) 3 star should be more correct accoording to todays standard. I will never live here again.

This hotel is highly under rated, would go back in a heartbeat!

The hotel was very friendly and had everything we needed for a family with two small boys. The location was good only 5 minute walk into town. The room size was good and the view beautiful.

I did not like the fact that the hotel reception, dining area smelt awful!!! It was like being back at school with that dreaded over cooked vegetable smell. Items so bad that at times couldn't bear to sit in that area and preferred to go up to my room. I could not eat dinner for this fact and the one night my husband and children ate in the restaurant the food was not great! I really miss the fact that not many hotels provide tea and coffee facilities in the room and this was the same for the Activ Sonne:(

Breakfast buffet is satisfactory. Rooms are quite big.View of the town is just picturesque if you stay on the second floor.

Awful smell during breakfast time needs to be taken care of.Hotel is not on the city center but on the hill so you have to walk uphill from town.Shuttle is only upto Maerbahn not to Fleckalmbahn.

There was no WI-Fi in a room, the breakfast was poor.

Very nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet,good rooms and nice view. Real austrian authentic atmosphere, which we love. We would absolutely come back.

Ein Hotel wo alles da ist!

Vielleicht etwas mehr Klasse als Masse wäre schon angebracht. Die Küche ist nicht gerade das was wir erwartet hätten.

Das Bad am Zimmer war sehr alt, müßte dringent mal erneuert werden

Sehr freundliches Service-Personal, Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr viel Auswahl, Check in und Check out sehr professionell, Danke bei der Hilfe mit meiner Ticket-Buchung!!

Leider gibt es in den Zimmern nur Internet mit Kabelverbindung!

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Essen.

Kinder unter 12 Jahren im FKK-Bereich (Sauna, etc.), obwohl dies ausdrücklich verboten war. Nur ein grosses Handtuch für den Wellnessbereich, welches ständig total nass war. Internet nur gegen Bezahlung (teuer) und nur in der Empfangshalle möglich. Dies ist sogar bei Hotels mit weniger als vier Sternen heutzutage nicht mehr der Fall. Restaurantleiter war nicht besonders kundenfreundlich, hatte wahrscheinlich keine grosse Lust seinen Job zu machen.
