The hotel was very nice and typically Austrian,the staff were friendly and even though I booked 5 single rooms we were given 5 double rooms which was excellent and a real bonus.I will stay in the hotel again . Thank you. |

Location was very good, breakfast was good and the room quite large. Sauna facility was not too nice, too small for such a large hotel. Smoking and smoke in the lobby and reception was very unpleasant. |

Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful balcony and view from the family room 817. Breakfast was also really good, just missed a bit of veggies. Good value for the money. The shower in room 503 was broken when we arrived dead tired late in the evening. The shower got quickly fixed the next day though. Decorations and furniture of the hotel were quite old...80's style. Pool and spa areas should be open longer in the evening since people usually ski during the day. I didn't like the fact that it was so difficult to pay with creditcard but this was problem in the whole Kitzbühel area and not just in this hotel. So remember to carry enough cash with you. |

The front desk service was excellent, and the salad bar at dinner was quite good. Our waiter, markus was very friendly and helpful. The food staff also did a nice job of taking care of our toddler needs and were kind enough to keep several "lost" baby items for us after dinner: they were always waiting at our table in the morning! The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The steps to the upstair loft in our room was quite sttep and narrow. A little risky to try to walk down it at night! Also, the shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor quite a bit. |

The lovely staff were super friendly and helpful. I travelled to this hotel with my 4 month old baby, and an old school friend visiting from overseas. As such we needed a bit more space and were lucky enough to be upgraded from a double to a suite! It was low season, so the hotel was not so busy, however having said that the hotel still did not have to be so forthcoming or generous. We were very impressed. The reception and restaurant staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The spa area was large and very good, a great place to head for some relaxation after a full day's outing. The only down side at this hotel was the food. The breakfast buffet was ok, standard but fine, however the evening meals, particularly if you are there on half board, were very disappointing. Maybe we scored an off evening however aside from the entree & salad, the meal served was almost inedible. |

The hotel was well located for the village and skiing which was the main reason for staying there. The ski locker was located in a difficult position for access etc. Happy hour was not properly advertised and easily misunderstood. Staff did not explain. |

The Hotel has a nice and friendly Staff. Good location, have a free shuttle bus to the lifts every moning between 09.00 and 11.00. If you like walking, there is a beautiful walk along the river. Town center is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are NonSmoker you might not like the fact that smoking is allowed in the bar area, which is also the reception area and close to the resturant. It gets very smoky there, especially in the evenings. |

Good hotel, not great. Value for money and overall service doesnt equal a 10. This is a solid 8 hotel at most. In Kirchberg you are limited on 8-10 hotels. Breakfast was very good. Eat out. Dinner menu or room service was lacking. |

The staff was very kind and helpful, one of the waiters found our forgotten camera and saved it for us. The same one helped us suggesting the choice of restaurants in the city. Working hours of the sauna are not frendly to unskiers, because they start operating at 15,00 hours. The food (meaning lunch and dinner) isn't so delicious as you would expect from the hotel of that category. |
