Good sized heated boot room. Good quality facilities. Games room for children.

Twin bedrooms have 2x single beds fixed together with separate duvets.

Room 819 was great. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast was good. They had facilities you could use after checkout to shower and leave your bag.

If you are men sharing a room, the twin beds aren't twin. We were all given doubles which was not good. They did manage to find a couple of extra rooms but some had to share. Twin doesn't mean twin. They are doubles. The staff were good in trying to help but the description was wrong. I had booked my own room so I was ok.

perfect location,quiet but not far from the centre.you can almost ski to the door if conditions allow.great spa area.

Good clean hotel in a good location for Kirchburg. Free bus to ski lift but you have to walk into the town centre first.

Location for access to skiing was very good. Nice bar. Bell-man excellent attitude and friendly. Lovely choice for breakfast. Beautiful mountain view from our room on the upper floor.

Felt the dinner menu was quite limited in Choice. Booked a triple room for us with our 16 yr old daughter her sofa bed was quite small and uncomfortable. Only tv channels were in German or the bbc news. This didn't really matter as we hardly watched it.

very , very nice atmosphere, starts as you ride the car to the entrance,large new rooms, great bathroom and shower; a large swimming pool and a sauna area,very friendly staff in the bars and restaurant, excellent breakfast,a place you really can feel well and happy, free internet and free parking

Fitness room could be better

Everything about the hotel was very good, with one exception that I'll mention. The price was great (less than £70 per night for b&b in a four star hotel), most of the staff were good, there is a hotel shuttle to (but not from - why?) the nearest ski lift and the location is convenient for the town centre.

The room's underfloor heating was permanently on full, with no thermostat to control it, which meant the room was uncomfortably hot at all times, especially at night. I had to resort to opening the balcony door wide to cool the place down - not very efficient for the hotel or the environment.

It is our second stay with the Hotel. Everything is fine - location, facilities, food. Staff is very friendly and does utmost for the guests to welcome them again. We would recommend the Hotel to the groups of friends with families.

The hotel was bright, clean and fresh, my room was comfortable, modern and had a good view of the nearby mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The location was quiet as it is near a dead end and unlike a number of hotels in the area there is good outside space for enjoying the sunshine or to relax with a coffee. There is approx 1km to walk downhill to either the ski lift or town. The surrounding district is ideal for cycling and flat walking as well as hill/mountain walks.

Really nice hotel with modern comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast buffet & we had dinner on 1 night which was nice. Lovely spa & pool area. Had really nice relaxing massage. Location to ski lift is good but not within walking distance - we had car so that was not a problem for us.

Free Wi-Fi in hotel would be good + the i-net access in lobby is very antiquated. Made life bit difficult when checking in for return flight + printing boarding card. We were helped @ front desk but this was time consuming & not the most pleasant experience as the gentleman helping was not friendly!

The SPA was nice and decent breakfast. (But i have seen better breakfast at other 4 star hotels)

Very old and small rooms, really need a refreshment. The smallest TV i have ever seen and bathroom was probably from late 80's. So 90Euros pr night for single room at this hotel was way to much. Bad smell at the swimming pool also. They did not have heater for ski boots in the skiroom. This is definately not a 4 star hotel anymore (It probably was 20 years ago though) 3 star should be more correct accoording to todays standard. I will never live here again.

Küche war sehr gut DZ sehr geräumig Balkon für uns als Raucher angenehm WC-ausserhalb von Bad/Dusche Wellnessbereich auch OK Restaurant schick gestaltet -Die Missglückte Meerschlammbehandlung wurde nicht in Rechnung gestellt

Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht richtig funktioniert dh. es lief nur fast kaltes Wasser durch die Brausen, und bei den Massagebädern wurde das Wasser auch nicht richtig warm wie es zb. bei einer Meerschlammbehandlung sein sollte.

Hotel und Personal hat uns sehr gut gefallen

die zusätzlich gebuchte HP war sehr schlecht !!

Viihtyisästä , aidosta Tyrolilaisesta miljööstö ja sisustuksesta. Aamupala isojen kristallikruunujen alla on maittavuudessaan ja sisustuksessaan huikaiseva.. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällinen ja auttavainen.Olen oleskellut hotellissa N. 10 eri kertaa, ja aina on jäänyt hyvä mieli ja päätös palata uudelleen juuri ylläolevista syistä.

Keittiön taso ruoan suhteen ei vastaa muun hotellin tasoa. Olen syönyt hotellissa kaksi eri kertaa ja vakuutuin , että rahoille ei saa vastinetta.

Mycket bra frukost! Bra städning varje dag. Glad och hjälpsam personal. Härlig utsikt.

Snålt att inte wifi är gratis. De få kronorna hotellet tjänar på detta skapar tyvärr badwill. Ala carte maten på kvällen håller inte samma klass som frukosten.

Gutes Frühstück, tolles Schwimmbad und gut ausgestatteter Fitness-Raum. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die allesamt Ski fahren. Im Sommer gibt es in der Nähe ein Natur-Freibad. Gute Sportmöglichkeiten (Ski fahren, im Sommer Mountainbikiking).

Das Bad im Familienzimmer war klein und renovierungsbedürftig. HP zuzubuchen, war unverhältnismäßig teuer. Es gab zwar einen Spielekeller für Kinder, dort kostete aber alles extra (Billard, Flipper). Ältere Kinder, die nicht Ski fahren, hatten wenig Abwechslung.
