Excelent hotel. I would definetly recommend. Good restaurant recommendations La Boca and La Casa Argentina. The hotel locates near biggest shopping mall and city attractions.

It's good appar. ,try to provide with every necessary subject clean location is fair, staff helpful, design is trendy and new.

It was only 5 minutes away from the city centre. 3 minutes away from the Schweden Platz Ubahn (Metro) station.

On the first day we arrived at around 9:00 - 9:30 am at the hotel. We were supposed to check-in at 3 pm, but were told by the receptionist that if we accept a "room with view in the courtyard" we could check-in right away. We accepted. When we entered the room, we discovered it was tiny, veery-veeery small and very different from what we saw in the photos when we booked (to make an idea of its size: it had a small matrimonial folding bed; the size of the room was almost the size of that matrimonial bed; so, if you would lay down the bed there would be almost no space left in the room to move around). So we called right away the reception and told them that we would wait until 3pm to get the room that we booked. They mentioned nothing about the size of the room being so small when they offered it to us; they only said that it's oriented towards the inner courtyard and that we would not be able to admire the city (something I wasn't necessary interested in doing from the window). Anyhow, when we got back to the reception to return the access card, the receptionist told us that we have to pay 18 Euro because we "stained" the room (the receptionist said that the cleaning staff had to re-clean the room and that this costs 18 Euro; and they did that in the time it took us to get from the 8th floor to the reception :)... imagine that!). We only stepped inside the room and touched the telephone to call the reception (didn't even used the bathroom). I refused and asked the receptionist to call the cleaning lady to tell me what was stained in the room that needed to be cleaned and asked to talk to a manager. The manager came and eventually waived the cleaning charge but the impression was already ruined.

The apartment was spacious and well arranged in modern design. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully equipped what enabled us to prepare meals for ourselves and our baby. Very spacious and clean bathroom. The location was just perfect for short city-break as well as for longer stay, as it was very close to main Vienna atractions. Free WI-FI in the hotel :) The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very good location, walking distance from railway station to the airport. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious room. Good wifi. Luggage storage.

Had to remind staff of the planned cleaning (took place on the 7th day instead of 5th. The folded bed has rather sharp edges, you need to watch it to preserve your legs. You need to take care of trash bags. The towel dryer was off due to warm weather.

Location is rather nice, almost in the centre of the touristic zone, nearby the wordenful state park.

I have stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned (hotels policy for 4 to 9 days visits). That is really inconvinient as even garbage was not thrown away!

Full equipped kitchen, spacious and clean bathroom. Good wi-fi connection in the room. We used to travel with Adagio hotels around the Europe and we are very satisfied with the hotel service every time.

Not very close to the city center (10 minutes of walk). Not very spacious room. The oficial parking is free just for the weekends and for the weekdays it is rather expensive (this is specific for most Vienna hotels).

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal in front of the hotel. Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained) Overall it was a great stay.

I like that the room has a great kitchenette with complete equipment and very spacious.

I didn't like that the fact they cleaning our room only once for all our stay, I was stay for 10 days and they only gave us cleaning one time, the rest of it we have to pay for 18euro/day. It'll be great if they make it several times cleaning for longer stay, no need everyday.

Convenient location, close to attractions, near a supermarket, clean, you can adjust the temperature in the room, a bathroom with a view of the canal, the hotel quiet, very pleasant staff, the kitchen has everything you need down to the smallest detail, the bathroom has too, the hotel is near trams and Metro, beautiful view from the window (8th floor), internet in the room worked. There is a dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hot dryer in the bathroom удобное расположение, близко к достопримечательностям, рядом супермаркет, чисто, можно регулировать температуру в номере, ванная с видом на канал, в отеле тихо, очень приятный персонал,в кухне есть все необходимое вплоть до мелочей, в ванной тоже все есть, рядом остановка трамваев и метро, красивый вид из окна (8 этаж), интернет в номере работал. есть посудомойка,утюг, гладильная доска,горячая сушилка в ванной.

Very well located and the view of the city is fantastic! The staff is very friendly. We recommend for other travellers.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Great modern facilities in a wonderful location. We were able to walk the city or catch a tram if too tired. Good breakfast selection.

Very comfortable appartments, all conditions are good - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, livingroom. We had breakfast and dinner in our room - it was convenient. The Billa supermarket is near the Hotel, the tram stop, underground station is close to the Hotel. I'll recommend the Hotel my friends.

Wifi is only on the first floor, it isn't convenient sometimes.

Location (city-center). Still if it was closer to metro station, would be better. Nice design and friendly staff. Kitchen in room.

Cleaning once a week a bit strange approach for me. No restaurant in the hotel. Not much choice of cafes around, any I could find were in 5-10 minutes walk.

Helpful and kind staff, perfect location and good price. We have had a quiet apartment with full kitchen equipment, TV, iron and CD+FM-tuner. The hotel provides you a free wi-fi in lobby. Hotel has a good location.Tram stops (number 1,2,D) in 1-2 minute-walk.10 minute-walk to nearest underground station and CAT (City Airport Train). There is a bike-rental point near the hotel.

We have had a twin bed instead a double. The walls in a room were little dirty.

Comfort, location, facilities, etc.

No wifi in the room. Not comfortable to go downstairs to find needed information via internet when you have small children travelling with you.

When you stay in the hotel for 4-9 nignts no room service is provided (no room cleaning for 5 days!!). No free wi-fi for i-Pad in the room, only for laptops.
