It was an excellent experience. The apartments are tastefully and harmonically decorated with modern artistic furnitures. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was top class. |

Punctez un lucru ingenios la care nu ne-am asteptat: accesul la masina de spalat vase. Apartamentul este foarte spatios si foarte bine dotat. Am fost amuzati de vaza pentru flori facuta din cauciuc. Pe timpul sederii noastre nu am fost vizitati de personalul care este raspunzator de curatenie. Nu stim daca acest serviciu este inclus sau nu. Tinand cont ca acest hotel apartament este unul de 4 stele trebuie sa mentionez ca macar prosoapele de baie ar trebui schimbate. |

La struttura è stata appena inaugurata: le stanze sono belle, razionalmente ed elegantemente arredate. Nella kitchenette si trova tutto quello che occorre (frigo microonde, lavastoviglie ed addirittura un congelatore).Bella posizione che consente di andare a piedi dappertutto. Il personale è gentile e disponibile (ma non parla italiano). La mancanza di tovaglia e tovaglioli in una kitchenette super attrezzata. |

La résidence hôtelière a ouvert le 01/12/09, elle était donc toute neuve. Un très beau design, un équipement de 1er ordre, un quartier agréable et assez central, un personnel très aimable mais encore un peu inexpérimenté en font un lieu de séjour extrèmement agréable. La taille du studio (environ 35 m2) permet d'y évoluer à son aise et d'y dormir et d'y prendre ses repas de façon très confortable. Dans l'équipement très complet de l'hôtel il manque quelques éléments. Dans la sdb pas de poignée sur la baignoire, pas de miroir grossissant. Dans la cuisine pas de grille-pain ni de notice pour le micro-ondes. Ces critiques sont vraiment minimes. |

Está muy bien situado respecto al centro de la ciudad. Los apartamentos muy bien equipados en cuanto a menaje. Fue muy decepcionante la llegada al hotel a las 12 de la noche al comprobar que no tenían constancia de nuestra reserva (fallo de Booking). Después de casi una hora en la que lo veíamos todo muy negro se solucionó. Otro gran inconveniente que tienen los estudios es que la cama es incomodísima, muy dura. |

Hotel nuevo en centro de Viena desde donde se puede ir andando a todo el centro puesto que está en el mismo ring, el anillo que rodea el centro de la ciudad, y si no quieres andar los tranvías 1 y 2 tienen parada en la puerta del hotel. Es muy comodo, buena cama y habitación confortable. Me ha gustado todo. Como es apartahotel no te hacen la cama, pero no es ningún inconveniente puesto que solo hay que estirar el edredón nórdico. |

Le dimensioni delle camere, gli arredamenti nuovi, puliti e funzionanti. La disponibilità del personale. E' prevista la pulizia delle camere solo una volta alla settimana (ma è un aparthotel ed era prevedibile) |

Virkelig god beliggenhed. Man kunne godt mærke, at hotellet lige var åbnet. Der var ikke mulighed for at komme af med affald. Kun rengøring en gang om ugen, det er for lidt, når man overnatter 7 nætter. Kun rene håndklæder en gang, det er også for lidt - dette kunne man sagtens ændre på. For lidt toiletpapir, det måtte vi bede om 2 gange (da der kun var rengøring 1 gang om ugen). |

Hôtel très bien situé dans Vienne près du centre historique.Tranports en commun à proximité(tram, métro et train rapide "CAT"pour rejoindre l'aéroport ).Personnel très agréable.Petit déjeuner correct. L'accès à la salle de bain lorsque le lit placard en position couchage est assez sportif !!!! La visite de la femme de chambre (tous les 2 ou 3 jours) serait très bien (papier H, savon, serviette ect....) |

La struttura è nuovissima e le camere/appartamento belle e attrezzate. A disposizione una kitchenette con tutte le facilities a disposizione (frigo e microonde compreso). La posizione è molto comoda, ai bordi della innere stadt, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff non sembra essere molto preparato. All'arrivo abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora (ed era mezzanotte passata) perché non avevano la nostra prenotazione e non riuscivano ad assegnarci una camera, senza nel frattempo scusarsi ma lasciandoci lì senza alcuna informazione per quasi un'ora. La camera inoltre dava sull'interno e non è possibile aprire le finestre. Chiedete una camera che non dia sull'interno. |

Como fomos estrear o hotel, estava tudo perfeito. Para aparthotel tem todas as condições para proporcionar uma agradável estadia, mesmo para quem quiser confeccionar refeições. O pessoal é muito simpático e a localização é excelente e com uma vista fantástica sobre o canal do Danúbio e o Pratter . Se voltar a Viena, ficaremos lá, certamente. |

Facilissimo e comodo da raggiungere all'arrivo e molto vicino al pieno centro della città con fermata della metro a 200 metri. Hanno una convenzione con un garage coperto a 50 metri per mettere la macchina, basta chiedere prima alla reception dietro cauzione danno una tessera che serve per entrare e uscire dal garage, noi non abbiamo pagato niente, da venerdì sera a lunedì pomeriggio (a meno che non ci arrivi qualcosa nel frattempo), cauzione restituitaci alla riconsegna della tessera. Angolo cottura perfetto, super accessoriato di tutto, microonde (con libretto di istruzioni), lavastoviglie, detersivo, spugna, asciugapiatti, stoviglie, posate, di tutto. Cassaforte, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro e asse nell'armadio a disposizione. Hanno aperto l'1 dicembre 2009, noi abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 al 7, credo che i lavori fossero appena finiti, quindi hanno ancora polvere che esce dappertutto, appena arrivati la stanza era molto pulita, poi però non è sempre stata spolverata benissimo, o forse avranno anche pulito ma la sera al rientro sulla testiera del letto c'era il velo. Bagno e cucina erano sempre a posto. Un paio di elementi del personale alla reception non parla perfettamente l'inglese. |
