good location, definitely close to train station room was not like the picture on the website; requested change to a twin room via email and was confirmed via email but when arrived only had a single room for 2 people-charged extra anyway |

Breakfasts were very good; room was a reasonable size. Noisy street and no air-conditioning - but to be fair I would not expect air-conditioning at a pension. |

Friendly, helpful staff and very reasonable rates. Near to several good restaurants and very handy for the buses and trains, including tram to the airport. |

the room I was staying was facing the main road, it was quite noisy if I left my window open at night. Would it possible to have chosen a quite room? So I would sleep better. |

We were able to park and walk everywhere. There was a sewage smell in our bathroom from the drain but other than that it was clean. The rooms look a little tired. |

Good location & terrific breakfast,....free WiFi was a benefit also The room was very hot, with no air-con. A pedestal fan was provided, but there didn't seem to be any explanation as to why it was so hot. No "room" instructions either on use of TV, heating, hotel services, etc |
