很友好，我们还在酒店租了两辆自行车，喜欢

家庭式旅馆，主人都很热情好客，非常nice。酒店房间很干净，奥地利的水是可以直饮的，不管凉水还是热水- ，这个很方便。离Hbf步行5分钟，好找。走到市中心大概15分钟。

位置离火车站和汽车站都很近，房间干净，早餐不错

白天值班的小伙子非常好，夜间的老头一问三不知

We found the hotel and the staff excellent, nothing was to much trouble and they are very dog friendly. would recommend this hotel to everyone with or without dogs and would definately stay there again. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Our first encounter is the reception. She is very good and enquire how much we paid for the taxi from yoho to her place. When she heard the price we paid she felt quite annoyed over it and that we have been ripped off. Nevertheless she is very honest and show us the way to the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof and where we can do some shopping besides sight- seeing. We feel very comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast is sumptuous and plenty to eat. We would certainly stay there again should we return to Salzburg one day.

Friendly staffs: When I check in, I got information that I should go to Untersberg today because tomorrow may rain. And it rained in next day Thanks for suggestion. Clean room

The staff was very kind and helpful. The facilities were authentic. We felt welcome. The city is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed lovely walks along the river, although it's a bit of a hike to get to the city centre.

It's in a slightly seedy part of town.
