家庭式旅馆，主人都很热情好客，非常nice。酒店房间很干净，奥地利的水是可以直饮的，不管凉水还是热水- ，这个很方便。离Hbf步行5分钟，好找。走到市中心大概15分钟。

非常有奥地利当地风情的旅馆，色彩和家具都极有特点，很温馨。

惟一不足是离火车站略远。

面向院子的房间很安静,房间不会过于局促,整体挺好,但附近好像有小赌场,后来才听说这一地区不那么和谐,但我们没遇到任何问题

Well situated either to go to the center of salzburg and attend musical events accessible with the trams or to go on excursions which i did on my own to Hellbrunn and Saint Gilgen. I had no problem to find it when I arrived by the night train from Paris, stopped at the tourist office and brought the Salzburgpass and tram tickets. So things were easy there to see and enjoy the most of this amazing town. The included breakfast is gorgeous as well ! I would recommand this hotel, quiet , clean, and in a good position for touring, next to the central station.

We were very happy with our room. Breakfast was fantastic - range of foods to eat and quantity. Was so nice to have eggs for breakfast!. Great coffee machine too. Was only a few minutes walk from the train station which suited us.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. She marked all the places of interest for me and also let me check out late because I had a train to catch and since it was raining, I couldn't wait outside for long. The location of the hotel is also good (close to the train station) though after 7, it does become a tad unsafe with erotic shops opposite the hotel and strange men lining the street.

The location seemed a little unsafe in the evening. Also, the cleanliness of the room wasn't great with old toilet paper stuck in the bathroom. The cleaning lady too is quite a tyrant.

The only positive impression was its closure to the main railway station.

The receptionist was not polite. The furniture in the room might be dedicated to vintage style but it looked poor and squalid and wore out by time and guests. The bathroom looked out even worth. It was the worst room/hotel we stayed in Austria though it was at the same price level with others we booked. The payment was accepted by cash only though it was not mentioned in its description on the site. The invoice was issued by hand, no computer was observed at reception.

The hotel is very close to the main station and in an accessible place of the town centre (approximately 15-20 min). Quite quiet.

Had hoped for a more spacious room, but got used to the size.

The hotel is located in a quiet street near the main railwaystation and intersection of the majority of bus lines, so you can get easily anywhere in Salzburg and vicinities. The rooms are nicely furnished with rustic-style wooden furniture making them really nice and cosy

Location was great as a stopping point while catching next days train. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful city with lots of culture.

Mattress was a little bit older/lumpy but comfortable. I'm spoiled a bit

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the recommendations they gave us for things to do and places to eat were excellent. The hotel itself was absolutely charming and the breakfasts were ample.
