Cheap, decent breakfast selection, staff were friendly Free Wi-fi access was advertised but not available, room wasn't particularly nice, but it was cheap. |

good staff , cleanliness , breakfast , 5 min access to S and U trains by walk shower has got a small problem , no AC and no Ventilation ,No Heating system as well !!! , TV english channels just 2 (CNN and BBC Prime) , Free internet is just only 100MB using username and password so each time we should ask for a new password |

very nice receptionist lady: she offered to renew the parking permit for my car (it's allowed only 3 hours at a time). good breakfast. fair room size. quite hot in the summer time - but a fan was provided by the receptionist. |

the staff were extremely helpful; beds pristine with firm matresses and this was particularly good for cyclists. Good breakfast and lots of fresh fruit and good coffee. Complementary toiletries. VERY good value. |

Very good location, close to underground/train station, but also close enough to walk to the centre of Vienna (about 20 minutes walking to stephanplatz). Breakfast very satisfying. Large room. The hotel itself, especially the exterior, seems very old and was not at all what we were expecting. First impression of the hotel and the room (except for the big space) was quite a dissapointement. Walls very thin. |

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located within ten minutes walk from the S-bahn station, which also has regional trains running through it, so it's convenient to get to the city centre or other parts of Vienna from where we were. In contrast to the room, the toilet is not as well furnished, though it's clean. There were insufficient bars for hanging towels - there were two small ones for hand towels located awkwardly beside the toilet bowl. There was also no rack for putting your toiletries inside the shower stall. |
