The staff - very pleasant, most helpful, they are doing their best to resolve any issue, and they do it with a smile. They do show they genuinely care about their guests. For me, that's the point that would make me choose this hotel again. No air conditioning and it was very warm and humid in Vienna. The room was on the street side (which wasn't the problem by itself) but the window had to be closed because there were some works being done (nothing to do with the hotel). Some modernization wouldn't hurt (A/C). OK for when it's not so warm. |

Very good location near wonderful museums and shopping zone (Mariahilfestrasse). Decent breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms.The elderly woman in the reception is too nervous but the rest of the staff is ok. Needs badly air conditioning. Car parking is a serious problem. The hotel parking offers only four places in a tiny location. Parking in a garage nearby costs 24 euros a day. |

Easy access to the city center by walk is a good point. Parking was not available without any confirmation. The capacity was only for 4 vehicles and the public parking is very expencive in Wien. |

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, shower, free internet access, good breakfast with real coffee Inadequate parking - only 15 parking spots for 82 hotel rooms - which necessitated expensive on-the-street parking. We were informed of having no parking spot at the hotel only after we had reserved the hotel online. So be sure to check about hotel parking. |

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the center of Vienna. The staff was helpfull, as I has an incident with my car being picked up by the police for parking in front of an entrance (that I couldn't tell it was an entrance because it looked like a window !). The room was clean and ok, but nothing fancy, same goes for the food. It's a good value for the money we payed. Watch out were you park your car... there is a payed parking nearby, but the receptionist told me that it's ok to park on the street were there there is no 'no parking' sign and so i did , then i had to pay 200E + 20E for the taxi in order to get my car back |

The personnel is very kind and efficient. The internet connection is very good, both wireless or with lan wire. Good breakfast and silence. During my stay the weather was particularly warm in Wien and they don't have air conditioned. So the room was a bit warm, but acceptable. Anyway, the price of the room is right for what they give you. |

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was very big and so was bathroom (separated from the toilet). Location is very good, just walking distance from all attractions in Vienna. Staff is friendly. Very quite street. WiFi internet was free, but the signal does not reach some rooms. Anyway - there was a solution - quite comfortable sofa in the common area - I liked to sit there. |

Good central location to attractions No air conditioning, rooms are very stuffy, free internet kept dropping out so in the end we did not bother logging on and also there is a night club that opens late and goes to early morning straight acroos the front lane way. |
