Al Faro Lodge  

We stayed in apartment for 4 people. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Near the lake. In the 10-15 minute drive is Designer Outlet Parndorf.

In the description of the room has been written that the apatment has a cooker. But our apartment has only a microwave. But this is no problem for us :)

The owner is very friendly, explaining us what to do, where to go. The breakfast is not served at the hotel but at the owner's sister's hotel, 100yards down the road. The breakfast was amazing!! The room was nice and really clean. The hotel is situated directly on the 'beach'. The sister's hotel has a nice restaurant rather 'sophisticated' but if you want typical food, go to the pub close to the Information Office on Hauptstrasse, and they also speak really good English. For wine, Sloboda is worth a try!!

Nothing, really. Their English is limited but we managed to understand...

Breakfast was kind of poor.....

People are very nice. Restaurant are good enuoght. Near to the beach. Price include entrance to the beach and breakfast.

Hotel is centrally located, it has a diversity of eating / drinking options, breakfast is served and thus somehow limited (although selection is quiet big). WIFI worked without problems. Personnel is friendly. Rooms are equipped with mosquito nets (very important, since there can be a lot of mosquitos). Village where hotel is located is great, nice wine cellars, lots of options for bicycle tours. We left the hotel with good memories.

Since the whole region puts a lot on the bicycling, we expected some kind of bicycle storage room and hotel doesn’t have it, so we were allowed to put bicycles on the balcony. I would recommend hotel owners to think about some kind of bicycle storage.

Near the beach. The hostess is very helpfull.

We ordered an extra-bed, but it was impossible to put it into ordinary room (no information at booking.com). We waited too long at reception. It was aufully noisy during the night (the room faced parking and restorant). In the early morning (6 o'clock or so) a man started cutting bushes (too loud).

Wireless internet and free parking.

Lakeview was only from side, nothing to do with real sunset as declared...

The quality of service and attention offered by the hotel was nothing short of excellent. The rooms appeared to have been freshly decorated and were well appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were provided with a voucher which could be used in the restaurant against breakfast each day which was again of the same high standard of quality and service. All in all and excellent stay which was well worth the money.

Die Größe der Zimmer ist OK, die Ausstattung/Möbel eher orientalisch.

Die Lage des Hotels an einer sehr belebten Straße ist nicht aus der Hotelbeschreibung herausgekommen. Vorallem abendliche Tanzkurse sowie eine Pizzeria im EG des Hotels sorgen nicht gerade für erholsamen Schlaf;

Alle Hotelmitarbeiter ohne Ausnahme sind sehr höflich,freundlich ,entgegenkommend und profissionell.Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und die Umgebung hat eine mediterrane Atmosphär.Ich habe bereits 2 Freunde dieses Hotel empfohlen.

Die Nähe zum See, das gute Frühstück, der nette Empfang und die sauberen Zimmer.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben der Straße, daher etwas laut, aber mit Ohrstöpseln schläft man wunderbar.

...es liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr sauber, die Preisklasse stimmt und es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Wenn ich wieder nach Podersdorf komme, werde ich sofort wieder dieses Apartment buchen

....leider waren die zwei Mädchen die das Frühstück servieren nicht wirklich vom Fach und auch nicht sehr geschickt im Umgang mit Gästen
