the location is very good, the rooms are very nicw and comfortable, the bath is very clean, the view from the room is great

The space of the room was good. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

The breakfast was not great. It had fruit from a can and there were many flies in the breakfast area. It was just okay as a breakfast is concerned. The area smelled of cattle the minute you walked out of the place in the morning - very potent.

Nice evening romantic meal, nice staff.

Great view from the window, nice restaurant, free internet in the lobby (although I did not get it work due to my too-secure-laptop). Good hotel when travelling by car and if you need cosy atmosphere.

Breakfast was a big disappointment, because everything else in the hotel was so nice. They did not serve even eggs. A little high price of the room, but we got the last one and the view to the mountains was no nice that the high charge was explainable. The farmer started to work at 7 AM on Sunday, we could not sleep because of the noise. There is a smell of cows, but we knew it beforehand.

Panorama is excellent to the city and the hills. Restaurant is perfect, half-board service is worth to try. (huge and delicious portions). The room is always clean. The staff is kind and helpful.

Maybe they should try to do something with the flies in the restaurant.

The Hotel was excellent comfortable with great food. We felt really relaxed. the balcony and the view of Innsbruck were fantastic much better than we hoped.

Zustand der Zimmer

Das Hotel liegt so nah an Innsbruck, dass man die Stadt schnell erreichen kann. Es liegt jedoch auch so weit entfernt, dass es ruhig ist. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick auf Innsbruck und das ganze Tal.

Schöne Terrasse und die Mehrzahl an Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick über die Stadt Innsbruck und die umgebende Landschaft. Kostenloses W-lan.

Erstes zugewiesenes Zimmer (DZ zur Einzelbenutzung) lag sehr nahe einem Pferdestall und seinem Misthaufen – bei offenem Fenster intensiver Mistgeruch. Außerdem war es das erste Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl mit Blick nach hinten auf den Hof/Parkplatz hinaus. Angebotenes Ersatzzimmer war sehr klein, aber hatte kleinen Balkon und sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt Innsbruck und die umgebende Landschaft. Es stand kein weiteres Einzelzimmer zur Auswahl. Der reklamierte kaputte Terrassentürgriff wurde nicht – wie versprochen – repariert.
