Bardzo dobry komfort pokoi (wyposazenie). Przepiekny widok na jezioro Ossicher Brak telewizora w restauracji hotelowej (trudno to zrozumieć, szczegolnie w trakcie trwania Mistrzostw Europy w piłce nożnej) |

Leuke kamer met mooi uitzicht en balkon. Zwembad. Nauwe doorgang in de kamer naar badkamer. Eten in een andere lokatie dan slapen. Geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds te eten in het hotel. Het restaurant serveerde alleen een "gala diner" |

Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Frühstüch sehr gut und reichhaltig Kein Fahrstuhl, Gebäude war sehr verwinkelt / hatte Probleme mein Zimmer zu finden / Hotel war sehr weit außerhalb |

Zimmergröße und Ausblick (221); Netzplan Radwege erhalten; Einstellmöglichkeit für Rad; Frühstück erst ab 08:00 Uhr; das ist für geschäftlichen Aufenthalt zu spät; 07:00 wäre optimal. Ich wollte per Rad nach Villach fahren, was mit Frühstück ab 08:00 und Termin um 09:00 zeitlich unmöglich ist. Die Vorverlegung des Frühstücks auf 07:30 wurde nur deshalb durchgeführt, weil mehrere Gäste darauf angewiesen waren. EIN Gast ist zu wenig König?! |

Alles was man falsch machen kann, wurde auch falsch gemacht, es wurde nicht gereinigt, es gab keine frischen Handtüscher, keine frischen Gläser, noch wurde der Mülleimer geleert. Es war rundum alles schlecht. |
