Pertisau - a small village in the Tyrolean mountains – is situated 940 metres above sea level. Lake Achen and the surrounding mountains of the Karwendel Nature Reserve offer a wide variety of holiday activities. Tee off, right across the street from the guest house, at the Achensee Golf & Country Club or go kite-surfing. In winter, there are cross-country tracks all around the house. Three ski resorts adjoining Lake Achen provide skiers, snow boarders and snow bikers with 50 km of ski runs. Other activities throughout the year include rock climbing, hiking, cycling, sailing, wind surfing, diving, paragliding, hang gliding, inline skating, tennis, mini golf, fishing, snow shoeing, tobogganing and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

By car:
- Exit the A12 motorway at exit Wiesing/Achensee.
- Turn left right after the place sign.
- Follow the road until you reach the cable car/gondola station.
- Turn right.
- After a few metres you will see the guesthouse’ two houses on your
right-hand-side.
