the couple running the hotel were very helpful and friendly, giving us some useful information on sight-seeing and transportation. the hotel is a bit run down but still, it has everything one needs. |

The area was bad (full of peep show) and everything was absolut not children friendly, and we were with two little child, and we searched a hotel for familys. |

Hotel pension, it's not really a hotel or a pension. It has rented a few floors into a building of offices(one part of a floor) and another floor into another building. I don't think that this hotel has 4 stars, but if so it doesn't deserse them. |

all I did not like, because it is agly, dirthy, unconfortable, it is shame of hotel. After all people on reception said that they did not take money from your system because credit card was blocked and I should pay directly in reception desk. He told me that it is sure and I will not pay two times but when I am back I will se in my bank what happaned. You have to change that it is 2 stars not 4 st |

The staff of Alla Lenz is very friendly and helpful. The rooms, although being a bit small, are nice and tidy. The location of the hotel is just outside the city center, but has excellent public transport connections, making it a perfect starting point for a Vienna city trip. Considering the price-quality ratio, I would certainly recommend the hotel to other visitors. |

Reasonably close to the center of town. Quiet street. Good service. Parking fee rather high. Smallish rooms. |
