The guys at the reception was very polite and helpful, the nice location and very covenient, I suggest this hotel to every one.

There is wifi available in the hotel, it is a plus. You will enjoy with your breakfast in the hotel, and its nice personnel. The hotel is just 15 min of walking from Hofburg and 10 min from the Westbahn train station and 5 min from the subway.

The stuff was very friendly. They were ready to help us in every problem. Describe how to get to every interesting places in Viena.

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful with everything and explained how to get around very well. There was a good variety of food at breakfast. The location was in a fantastic spot. Easy to get to the train stations and bus stations. Our room was a a great size especially because we have a baby. Great parking area car was safe the whole time.

It was very very noisy from the street and the room was quite stuffy so we had to keep our window open which wasn't good with the noise outside. Don't even bother going to the pool it was small, freezing cold and in a totally different building. the bathroom was quite small for our room seeing as we had four people.

The room was clean and comfortable. Quite good breakfast.

We arrived at 22:45 and the reception was already closed. The staff was very impolite and angry with us. The car park wasn't safe because anyone passing in the street could open the car and we paid 15 euros for one night car park. The room was also expensive according to its size.

Moti me to,da je bil denar že več kot dva tedna pred datumom prihoda prenakazan na njihov raču,Česa se pa boijo,ali jih moram jaz predčasno financirat? Pri zajtrku te opazujejo,da si ne upaš skoraj jest.Soba pa si nikoli ne zasluži štirih zvedic,premajhna v kopanici nimajo niti tekočega mila. Ne priporočam nobenemu,pa čeprav je cena še tako uodna!
