Good value for money, very clean, good breakfast. Lives up to it's name, and the "simple" outfit of the rooms is ok. After all, you are not visiting an interesting city to spend all day in a hotel room. Would be nice, if it would be possible to get the room a little earlier, mabe one o'clock |

Internet was excellent. You can not connect via telephone to outside and also from outside to inside because there is not such simple facility. Room is almost empty and shelves smells very strong that I hang my clothes outside on another bed. Bathroom was very small that several times I hit my head by tapes and sink. Reception desk does not have tel number and for any help I should go down I talk to them. Breakfast was 7 to 10 but about half past eight they do not fill food containers. |

Velmi příjemný personál a vynikající snídaně-pestrý výběr,čerstvé a chutné. Vzhledem k ceně a blízkosti centra velmi výhodné. Doporučím dále:-) |

安くてロケーションがよい。フロントもとても親切。朝食はなかなか充実しています。 部屋がとにかく簡素。清潔ですが「豪華な設備」というのはあたらないと思います。飲料の自販機はほぼ売り切- れでした。 |

Het ontbijtbuffet was prima, snelle bediening (afruimen) vriendelijke kamermeisjes gewoon een goed systeem ik kon mijn raam niet openen (alleen kippen ) ondanks mijn vraag werd het tijdens mijn aanwezigheid niet hersteld, zoals aan de receptie was beloofd |

Die Buchung sowie der Aufenthalt und die Abwicklung waren sehr schnell, problemlos und gut organisiert, keinerlei Verzögerungen und schneller und guter Service. Das Publikum bestand für meinen Geschmack überwiegend aus sog. 'Rucksacktouristen', und da ich geschäftl. unterwegs bin ist das eine andere Klientel, als man gewöhnt ist bei Geschäftsreisen. Ist aber nur eine sehr pers. Einschätzung. |

Il rapporto ottimo qualità/prezzo, internet veloce, vicinanza al centro, silenziosità, pulizia, arredamento. L'aver chiesto una camera per la notte successiva e, aver avuto una richiesta di 89€ alla reception, quando su Booking.com era disponibile per la stessa notte a 59€. La colazione lascia un pò a desiderare in qualità e quantità (poca scelta). Le camere esposte al sole molto calde. |

Le receptionists sono giovani e molto cordiali e disponbili.L'hotel è ben tenuto,le stanze molto grandi e pulite.Anche il servizio di prima colazione è soddisfacente.Il prezzo è ottimo considerando la vicinanza al centro storico ed in particolare alla Staatsoper e a Karlsplatz.Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.Peccato siano aperti solo d'estate! Non ho particolarmente gradito il fatto che non mi sia stata accettata la visa ELECTRON,dicendomi che stranamente il mio tipo di visa non lo accettava la macchinetta.Eppure era una normale POSTAPAY.Sgradevole situazione.A Questo punto avrei preferito poter pagare direttamente sul vostro sito,booking.com, di modo da evitare di rimanere con poco contante proprio l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno. |

Really good location, helpful staff, clean room. There is no wi-fi in the hotel. You can use cable though, but it doesn't work with all notebooks. |

Me ha gustado la cercanía al centro, la zona del hotel era tranquila con buenos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. El cuarto de baño es excesivamente pequeño. Deberían dar al hotel un aire más moderno, es funcional pero anticuado. Las cortinas dejan pasar la luz por las tres ventanas de la habitación y se hace difícil dormir con tanta luz. |
